received call.  no message left

Didn't answer the call, no message. Not the first time i've received a call from this number. Jumped on here and saw similar stories. Seems illegit.

My cellphone rang several times but I didn't pick up and no message was left. If it's an important call the caller would have left voicemail so I think this is some sort of scam.

I keep getting calls from this auto dialer and I usually ignore it.  I've picked it up a couple times to tell them I'm committed to a long term contract and to stop harrassing me, I'm on the DNCL, but more than once when I've picked up, there's nobody there and no message, including when it rang today.  It's bad enough when you get junk calls and even worse when there's nothing behind them.  Or maybe not, I'm not sure which is worse--getting the calls is just bad period.  I don't think this is the only one calling about power options and they should all be reported for harassment.

Received call on my cellphone. It was a recording, about saving on electricity. I don't even have an electric bill as utilities are included in the rent.

Just for safety you have to have at least cell phone coverage.  But I agree with you.  You pay for an unlisted #, put yourself on a "Do not call list", and then STILL get your # sold to them from someone you deal with.  I'm with you ....fed up !!!

In addition.....unrelated to this specific thing.......I'm getting stuff in the mail telling me to call an 888 # to get qualified to reduce my mortgage %.  I don't even HAVE a mortgage !!!  When I looked that # up (to check if I'd been a victim of ID theft), the info was in CHINESE !!!!  (Last week it was an Australian #) ..... I learned last week these scammers get you to call thinking it's about something important, PUT you on HOLD, and even though you THINK it's toll free, in reality, it is a FOREIGN number that then bills you for THOUSANDS of dollars.  And no I can't advise on how you straighten that out.

Just thought I'd give people a warning.  Now I've received TWO notices like this.  One was over the phone (Australia), the other through the mail "looking" very official and important (China).  eccchhh

Received call on Dec. 17.  Phone rang a few times.  I was driving and didn't pick up. Caller ID said, "PA POWER NOTICE". They didn't leave a voicemail.  I called the number and got an automated message something about, "Press 1 if you don't want to receive calls from this number".  I didn't press 1 and hung up instead.  Did a reverse search on "Number Sleuth". Results:  Owner location:  Bryn Mawr, PA  19010, Phone company:  NETCARRIER TELECOM, INC.PA, Phone number type:  CLEC, Name:  Montgomery, Seat:  Norristown

A couple of days ago I called back and pressed 1.  So happy to get rid of these calls, I wanted to share this to save others the aggravation of the constant calls.

Just received my second call in 2 months from this number.  The first time we answered on Nov. 10th the call and the recording was advertising electric bill saving and I hung up.  Then, today it called again at 1 pm.  I did not pick up and the phone rang 5 times and did not leave a message with my answering service.  I am on the no call list and I will be reporting this number to the FCC.  If enough people report such numbers, something might be done.

Received call @ 1:52PM on Nov. 23rd. Caller ID showed "PA Power Notice". Female voice sounded live but could have been a recording. Offered info on how to get a discount on electricity costs. Then male voice came on & spoke gibberish. Hung up on that note!!

Called here and did not leave a message. I am on DO NOT CALL list so why are they calling?

6:48pm I RECIEVED A CALL LEAVING NO MESSAGE, BUT I CALLED IT BACK OUT OF CONCERN IT CAME UP "Power of notice" 610-922-8920 SO OBVIOUSLY CONCERNED THINKING AS I AM LISTED AS A POWER OF ATTORNEY ON SOME PEOPLE IN MY FAMILY I WAS AFRAID OH NO SOMTHING HAPPENED TO SOMEONE AND MY POWER OF ATTORNEY MUST BE CONFIRMED, BUT NO WHEN I CALLED IT BACK A MESSAGE SAID "If you want to be removed and added as DO NOT CALL PRESS #1" so now I AM VERY ANGRY, WHAT THE HECK IS THIS?
This is bull if this is another company that is a crap company harrrassing people, AND I AM ON A DO NOT CALL PA LIST TO BEGIN WITH IT DOES NOT SEEM TO MATTER AT ALL, seriously have had it period with this I am thinking of actually getting rid of phone service period, it is so bad this seems to be ANOTHER ONE!
We have no, absolutely no consumer protection in this country any more it disgusts me!

Eelman Associates comes up as the caller ID.
