i also have a loan with nationstar that was bought from boa is there anyone that can be called and this reported to i get one or two calls a day. they don't leave a message and when you call back you get no answer. they need to be reported for this

Nationstar wanting to refinance, even though I've told them multiple times that it doesn't make sense for me to refinance since my house is rented out and a refinance would put me into just as crappy rates anyways.  But, they still call.  Really annoying.

I tried this. but under "authorize?" there is no yes or no option. So they ask me if it's ok, but don't allow me to answer? smh.

Nationstar continues to call me all the time! they would call my cell 3-5x daily. I use to get emails, direct mail, even certified mail asking to refinance. It was ridiculous. I finally emailed the refi dept and told them I WAS NOT INTERESTED and to stop with everything. emails and mail has stopped, but they continue to call.

Got a  call  about  refinancing,  the  person  on  the  phone  did  not  sound  like a  processional. I  said  no,  then  hung  up. I  called  the  number back. It  went  straight  to a  voicemail.

They call at least twice a day, leave no message and I'm on the Do-Not-call-list. very annoying!

When I answer, no one says a word; if it is Nationstar, why aren't they talking?  Why call twenty times a day, not leave a message, and not talk to the customer when he/she answers?  Tried to get the number blocked by my cell phone carrier...they'll be glad to block the call for a charge of $4.99 a month!  We're getting scammed everywhere we turn!

Get 2 - 3 calls each day from this number.  No messages.

I also have nationstar and have been recieving calls from this number, finally answered today and the guy asks to speak with Me, I told him he had the wrong number and hung up, googled the number and found tons of complaints not just about this number but nationstar in general.. ive yet to have a problem with them but feel it is coming soon.

I have NO selected yet they continue to call.

     This is yet another rude telemarketer # for Nationstar Mortgage. If you value your sanity, do not answer.
We have never been late on a mortgage payment, yet the harrassing calls still come. We have tried to connect with their HAMP dept to receive the help they offer, but get bounced to the same people who yell at you that your mortgage is late. Then, when we ask to be transferred to the HAMP dept., the rep yells NO I'M NOT GOING TO TRANSFER YOU! We are not rude to any rep we try to contact, but that's all we've received from them. We've all been "bundled" - to a company that doesn't believe in customer service.

This number started calling us a few days ago.  They call every other hour and do not leave a message.  There was no one there when I did pick up!

I do have my mortgage with Nationstar and I checked my account as you suggested. My home number is not listed, so I emailed them a nasty gram telling them they had best stop calling because I am listed on the National Do Not Call registry and I have told their reps already MANY times I am NOT interested in refinancing.

MAKE SURE ITS NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE AND NOT SOMEONE PRETENDING TO BE JUST TO GET INFO FROM YOU.. IF IT IS NATIONSTAR WHY WOULDNT THEY ANSWER THAT MAKES NO SENSE.

This is nationstar mortgage I presume! They have the worst service EVER!! Now they want to sneaky call us??!!  We gave them a chance to service our loan. They couldn't get it right at all.  Who wants to deal with a company like that!

I have been wholly unsatisfied with NationStar since BofA sold my mortgage to them.  After the holidays I will be looking into refinancing with another company.  At this point, Mickey Mouse's Mortgages R Us sounds better than these jokers!!!

If you really want to hurt these A?holes do what I did. Switch from nationstar to another mortgage company. The only pain these low lives feel is in the pocketbook. Make the switch

Constant calling leaves no message. Harassment calls registered telephone number with National Registry.  Reading previous comments about this number correlate to BoA -NationStar who will mess your mortgage payments up royally.  They're a 3rd vendor processor who outsources to the Phillipines and they don't have clue on basic math functions.

Its def Nationstar mtg. Thats who has mine and there trying b to get me to refi.

I confirmed that this is from Nationstar.  You might be getting it because you did like me and inadvertently authorized them to call with such crap.  Go to your online account:

and you will note that there is a section for phone numbers.

When I entered in my info when my loan was sold to them I figured they just needed it in case they needed to contact me about the account.  What I overlooked was the following language at the bottom of that section:

"By submitting this information, I authorize Nationstar Mortgage to call me at this number with advertisements or other marketing messages using an automatic dialing system or a pre-recorded message. I understand that this authorization is not a condition to purchasing goods or services from Nationstar Mortgage."

You can choose to leave the numbers in the system yet not authorize them to call with telemarketing crap via the drop-down boxes to the right of the numbers.

Keep calling my cell without leaving message.

Claims he was from nationstar about refinancing .... Which my husband and I are considering, however we make decisions together, so I asked the caller "Steve" if I could get a number to call him back with both me and my husband on the line and he got aggressive saying he just needed to verify my SSN...and he could refi right now at a low rate just needed to verify my information...  I again asked for a callback number but he kept pressing for info and insisted that he could get me refinanced over the phone and he said "I have all your information just need you to verify...." Which is funny because the house is only in my husbands name.... Red flag... " So At that point I said I would just call the number on my monthly statement and then He hung up. I called back ... Went to a message that says: "this mailbox is full, goodbye. ..." Gotta be a Scam.

Seems like maybe nation star sold their customers info to scammers .....

Who ever calls, it does even on sunday.I had a call on sunday November 24 at 5:51 pm. Is located in MN, USA.

you are prob right..been getting the same calls on my answering machine, and my mortgage was recently changed to Nationstar, and they've been pounding my USPS mail with letters too!!!

Calls several times a day, does not leave message. Called # back, received outgoing message that mailbox was full. Called Nationstar - my mortgage company and asked them to stop making marketing calls to my cell phone. The representative said that they apologized and would comply.

Yeah, BoA did sell my mortgage to them and they're a bunch of suck-bags who constantly call you to refi, let alone the glutton  of snail mail they fill your mail box with. Also, pay your mortgage past the 1st of the month and you'll see 2-3 calls per day stating that you're mortgage payment is over due... even thou you have until the 15th to pay it. Thank god I'm doing a refi on my own which will pull the mortgage out of their hands.
