Yes - it's the general outgoing number from Queen's. If the number is blocked for caller ID, it shows up as 533-2222

I returned the call...says the number is disconnected but I also thought it was Queen's University.

It is not an active local extension, but is the number that shows up on call display when anyone from Queen's calls you who has an extension [as opposed to having their own dedicated 10-digit telephone number].
Unfortunately, if they do not leave you a message, you cannot tell from whom the call was made.
