I recive a phone call in the middle of the night.

I received a call on both my office line and cell from this number...no message was left and I tried to call back, it's telling me that the number is not assigned

This seems to be a government proxy line for (various?) Canadian embassies abroad.  
Sadly, it is responsible for a lot of wrong numbers (accidental?) and a lot of calls in the middle of the night (likely due to time zone differences).

This number called me 4 times in 15 mins this afternoon on Aug 7, 2012. Nobody answered and they did not leave a message on my cell.

Any updates on what it might be?

its a number at the bottom of a fake "official Transport Canada" warning about  car seat on side of rd scam and eggs thrown at windshield.

Maybe someone should call Bell canada and ask them, or alert the police. someone must be paying for this number to exist and be used for malicious purposes.

Missed call in the afternoon- 6pm

I answered the phone at 6am but nobody spoke.
It was written 613-952-9623 and Niamy.

My phone rang at 11:30pm and not leaving a msg(balless)..have they not heard of people sleeping at that time..zzzz...not cool!!

Received 2 calls on my cell phone after 10:15 PM tonight from 613-952-9623, but decide not to answer when my family is sleeping.  So even we register to stop all telemarketing calls is not enough these days.

called twice i answered both times, no one was there

somebody help us to identify this caller the no is 613-9529623
