just got new phone, this number keeps calling me. so far, it's called 3 times today. HATE HATE HATE HATE IT

They call me every day, at least 4 times and do not leave messages. I answered the call the other day to find out what they wanted and they hung up on me. I just answered the call again and the gal on the other end sounded extremely creepy so I hung up!

Recently, kept receiving calls from this and other (614) numbers on my cell, but never left any messages.  Extremely annoying!  Who are they?

Caller: World Financial Network National Bank

calls my cell phone several times a day.  leaves no message. creepy!

I've had this number call me numerous times as well...and less than a week ago a bank called me to collect a debt of almost $400...the company couldn't tell me the name of the Credit Card/store, but I believed that I probably did have a bill around that amount, so I agreed to give them my bank account information...even though they couldn't give me a credit card/store name.  Dumb? Probably...but then yesterday I got a letter certifying that they were taking the set amount out of my account, so that kinda' makes me feel safe...

That was a different number, I think.  Now THIS 614 number is calling me about seven times a day...all day long...and it rings half a ring and they hang up...you call back and it's an automated service...so I hang up.  *sighs*

Calls me but never rings...just says I have missed a call. I'm guessing they call for the chick who used to have this number ( as quite a few other people do). I have no victoria secret credit card and this is getting QUITE annoying.

They kept calling me too. If you have a New York and Co credit card it might be them also.

I started receiving multiple calls on a daily basis (Monday thru Sunday) from a Caller ID "wfnnb".  The numbers varied from 614-212-xxxx, 913-563-xxxx, 303-255-xxxx and 614-729-xxxx.  They would first ask for my adult-not-living-at-this-address niece and when told she did not live here would hang up.  One of them did mention Victoria Secret's.  

Since the calls continued at an excessive and abusive level, I detemined to put a stop to them.  After reading the many posts about this company my confidence level was at ZERO that they would acknowledge or follow DO NOT CALL requests.  So I installed a software product on my computer called Phone Tray Dialup ($15) and purchased a $24 USB Hiro voice/caller ID modem for the PC. The software application allowed me to grab all of these calls on the first ring and send them a message.  It was the loudly voiced phrase from Lord of the Rings - "YOU SHALL NOT PASS".  After activating that and it going to 2 of these calls, ALL of the calls stopped dead.  Imagine that.  

P.S.  My PC does have a firewall for security.  You'd want that if you use this.

Stop calling my house

I just called back the number b/c they keep calling me all day and it says the world financial network bank.  Not sure why they are calling me....

NCO Financial uses WFNNB to harass NCO debtors. If you are an NCO debtor and you answer the phone, no one will respond. Call will automatically terminate.
Yes, this is illegal.

I have asked them several times to quit calling my kid's cell phone.  I nor them have an account with Victoria's secret, evidentally the previous owner of this number did.  I told them if the number is not removed, and they dont stop calling, I am reporting them to the FTC for harrassment.  BTW, here are all the #'s that have been calling:

It is one of many numbers from World Financial Bank, who are in charge of Victoria's Secret credit cards, and I imagine many others.  If you call them and pay off your balance over the phone, they let you cancel your card account as well, if you don't want it.

calls me even tho i cannot hear. they think i am playing joke when i say idk wht u say try to call thru my videophone (so i can sign) no one calls.

They are calling me for an actual outstanding bill that I have that I can not pay.  I am not annoyed, it is their job, but it is terribly frustrating when they call like 5 times in 3 minutes (Im not kidding I can prove it on my phone) and hang up before the phone can even ring, it just lights up and shows a missed call.  Or when they call 3 times between 8 and 8:30am.  I have spoken to them about my situation (I had to use the card to buy clothes for a job I had gotten that required me to wear dressy style clothing in only black or white and I had to buy some, I was promised full-time hours and a promotion in a month which neither was fulfilled and I ended up losing my position due to a company miscommunication)  which left me unable to pay-off my bill with my first check like I had planned.  I am working with them, I just wish they would put a note on my account or something to only call maybe once or twice a week...BTW this is for a Maurice's Card...WFNB handles a lot of different accounts.  The thing I hate is the fact that they have a british recording at the beginning of the call and not a real person and it makes it sound like a scam.

Got one call per day in the last few days. did not answer at all.

I am getting calls from this number several times a day, even into late evening and weekends!

Keeps calling my cell phone with no message

I just got a call in my house phone and when I did not answer they called my cell. It said on caller id World Financial.

Thank you!! This really helped me. These numbers keep calling and not leaving a message and most of the time when you do answer there is no one there. Thought I may have  a stalker on my cell.

Ummmm... why the hell are they calling my workplace?! They have no right to be calling my workplace and harrassing me! They already flood my phone, I figure if they can't leave a message, then I won't call back. I work for a fraud department, and will not release info if they can't even leave a message and identify themselves!

Keeps calling my house multiple times daily.  I don't recognize the number on caller ID so I don't answer.  They need to stop.

Called my phone 5 times in the last 24 hours. Didnt ring long enough to answer it and didnt leave a message. Thought about calling it back but have heard about a scam where calling a certain number can be agreement to pay astronomical charges.
