Is this a mystery? Some say it's a bill/debt collector, one said it's from a University? All I know is that I don't recognize the number, so I'll never call back. One person stated that it's a Westerville number? All I want to know is how I can stop the calls... I have the call blocker, so they must have a way to bypass that option.
Maybe someone out there can help.

got a call from 614-300-3867..called it back from anthoner phone and had to enter my cell number and then vincent came on line..sd he was from Everest university

its debt collector, they tried to pose as something more than they are. they told me they were going to charge me with 2 counts of fraud because i took a cash advance loan. i talked to a lawyer about it, he said they just try to scare people into paying the money and will say all kinds of crazy things. i just stopped answering the call.

When I called to explain the cercumstances of the unpaid bill (Ohio Workers Compensation error)
He was extremely rude and condensending and tried to talk over anything I tried to say. Refusing to listen to anything I had to say. I can asure you he wouldn't have talk to me like that if we were face to face.  BEWARE.

It's "bill collector" in a form of a scam!

I keep getting calls from this number no messages are being left itbwould be nice that everytime theu call they will leave a message and a person to call back. They call my cellphone I work and can not have a cell phone on and visble because of security reasons. When you call the number it is a voice system. Since they are being rude my best advice is to stop calling people if you can't be considerate and be professional about why you are calling.***********STOP CALLING MY NUMBER I WILL REPORT THIS NUMBER*****************************

I've answered it before but I don't remember who it was. I don't think it's a bill collector though. I think it's a political ad or something like that.

They NEVER leave a voicermail.  It's a local number, Columbus Ohio and vicinity.  I just told my cell to send their calls directly to voicemail.  Most likely a bill collector.
