Me too. Got a call then a hang up. I'm getting way too many of these types of calls, so I'm reporting it.

We have received these same types of calls too.  My friend was receiving harassing phone calls and when she went to the police, this is what he told her to do.  Buy one of those air horns...the ones that look like a spray can...and when the caller calls again, don't say "Hello!" just pick up the phone and blast that horn in his ear.  The phone magnifies a sound by 3 or 4 times, so they'll get a good blast and probably never call again.  Just my .02.

3rd rate collector,,,i answered and said pastor,you can BLOW ME,yes old pastor BLOW ME,,,HE HASANT CALLED BACK,,,but why but why,was it the BLOW ME PART,

This phone # keeps popping up on my recorder almost everyday. They never leave a message. The name say's Pastor Parsley. I will have to call my phone service again or report it to the proper authorities as harassment calls.

stop calling my phone. your the reason I never answer my phone. isn't harassment illegal?

I am receiving calls daily from this number. I have answered on 2nd ring and get no response
from caller. The time of these calls have varied from 8:30 am EST to 9:00 pm.

This number has called me for over five years.I am on a do not call list.

This is a scam. Report this number to the FCC. Please be mindful that these scam artist can change their caller identification to any name, they want to throw you off. Don't give them any information. Again, just report the phone number to www.FCC.gov

We just had our number changed about 6 weeks ago because of 'unknown' callers, and here we go again!!!!! This number is calling, calling and calling.  I answer and noone is there!

I also receive calls from this number and found out today when I finally heard a voice on the other end. She said: Pastor Parsley asked me to call you...then she continues to blabber on.  I interrupted and asked to be taken off of that calling list. She continues on and continues to blabber some more and I interrupt and say goodbye.  

Now the waiting game to see if that number or an affiliate thereof calls me again.  I doubt very seriously World Harvest Church is calling me and I believe it to be a scam. I have never had a honest religious group solicit me unless I was the one that called...and even then they do not solicit me.

I got this call,and thought it was from World harvest church,whose pastor is Rod Parsley. He has a show called breakthrough which is on TBN and Daystar. I have in the past given to this ministry. They must have gotten my number.So when they called me I thought it was the ministry calling me. Like a fool I gave them my ATM number to make a donation. Thankfully, they werent able to collect the money.It was never taken out of my account.When I called the real ministryof pastor Rod parsley, the customer service rep. said they had no record of anyone calling me or any donation.
I know I'am a full with a good heart wanting to help people,but this is a real wake up call to me.Please be careful, do your homework on where and whom to give donations.

I have had several calls from this number.  There is no message only a lot of harassing
noise and then they hang up.  This ties my line up.

What good is being on the DNC registry?

Well, if you are, and/or tell a caller to "add my number to your Do Not Call list" (NOT "take me off your list" -- wording is important!) they have 2 business days to get your number out of their database. Many telemarketers will say 'it might take up to [1, 2, even 3] weeks for your number to be removed from our systems' r the like, but the 2 days is a LEGAL requirement & they can't weasel out of it with a company policy giving themselves more time.

So what, if there's no consequences when they keep calling anyway?

Ah, but there ARE penalties! Payable directly to you, and most cases pursued by the aggravated recipient of such calls have default judgments (automatic win) entered by the judge because the defendant telemarketer doesn't show up in court. Actually collecting from these dodgy creeps isn't as likely, at least not the full HUNDREDS OF $$$ that are the statutory damages for each DNC violation... but it's cheap & easy to file, & the more judgments against them, the harder it is for such places to keep afloat. Plus, you get that warm feeling that comes with fighting the good fight and winning.

Plus they'll probably stop calling you, once they owe you money. Win-win-win!

I just called this number back and there is a recording telling you if you want your number removed then they tell you to enter it ... they will remove withing 5- days ... well see if it works

This person somehow has my cell phone and land line number.  He calls daily but says nothing.

This person lives in Ohio in the Galloway/ Alton area.  I am going to call the Police in these towns and report this person as a stalker.  I suggest everyone do the same.

This person calls my home phone at least 3 times a day.  My number is on the do not call list.
What can be done to stop these calls.

Same here. I just yelled F U C K  Y O U !!! and Praise the Lord!!! (It's Sunday) and hung-up.

Pastor Parsley, 614-465-1661 is still at it. They have been calling me over a week now and it's Aug, 2011. I'd sure wish there was legal repercussions for this type of harassment and theft.   Thanks to this website I know to never answer it-never have and never will. Thx!

Got a call today from P. Parsley at 614-465-1661. Didn't answer, but looked up the number here. Now I know not to ever answer a call from this number.

614-465-1661  This telephone number calls our home 4 to 6 times daily.  He generally hangs up but on one occasions solicited money.

Got 2 calls from this number in 2 days - I answer and the caller says "hello" then hangs up.

I get calls from thsi n umber 614-465-1661 almost daily, comes up on ID as P. Parsley.  I don't usually answer, they never leave a message.  Today I answered, said "hello" 3 times, no one answered.  Started to call them back but after I read the posts here, I won't do that.  Maybe they'll get tired of calling.  I have been on the DO NOT CALL LIST from the first, still on it, renewed it - but what good is it???   I think it was a scam just to get numbers.

For the last 4 days, I've received a phone call from 614-465-1661 of which I did not answer. When redialing the number from caller ID, here is what I get....."The number you have called in not in service".  I've asked these people over and over in the past not to call and they persist. This has been going on for approx. 2 years now.  One recent call was as early as 8am. I'm furious. I've already reported this phone number to the FCC.

Keep getting calls from this number.   Never anyone there when answered.

Received another call again this evening.  This is the fourth call in the last two weeks.  The never leave a message.  Caller I.D. shows a name of Pasley.  I'm register on the "No Call List" but that has not stopped the calls coming in.  What good is it?

This person calls my house daily and never leaves a message. I went to another website called whocalled.us and found out this person is a scam artist posing as a Pastor working for TBN network basically trying to take donations from people. He calls then hangs up (I guess so not to say he is soliciting) and when you call him back that's when he ask you to make donation...."Don't fall for it!" He's calling people all around the US scamming them out of there money.
