Told them I didn't want an adjustable bed,still calling 2 or 3 times a day.Idiots!

I thought I was the only one, can these people be charged with phone harrassement? they hav ebeen calling me all day for two months now and it seem that the only thing I can do is change phone number

Have been receiving calls for months from this number, recently on 11-24-09 I received 9 calls between 6:48am and 11:59am;4 were between 11:34am and 11:59am.  How can we stop this person.  He/She is very annoying.
