caller id'd themselves as US Bank. Male with a broken accent. They were told the first time I am on a DNC list and NOT to call back. Second call 4hrs later! I then contacted a Steven Hale GM of Lucre Company(616-361-0128)  the phone carrier about the abuse of their customer. He assured me it will be taken care of here shortly!  We shall see? Anyone with problems/issues with the above phone number?  Call Mr. Hale and let him know personally!  

This # called me trying to tell me I could lower my interest rates on my credit cards (I don't have any outstanding balances at all). I just got a call and went ahead and trasfered through to speak with someone ... asked to be taken off the list and the man was VERY VERY rude - telling me I had high-interest rates and he could help me, etc etc. I said I don't need it, thanks, and he said "OK YOU GO AHEAD AND KEEP PAYING HIGH INTEREST RATES - BYE!!" OMG! WHAT A JERK!

Yes,he call me today and told same things...I was very angry,because try be polate ask don't call me...but I get new call after 8:30 pm...I think it is fraud!

What is this company doing?  They call, call, call all day every day (3-4 x/day), don't respond when I answer the phone, and don't respond if I call them back.  I feel harassed & hate whoever the company is doing this.  Once I find out who this is, I will NEVER purchase anything ever from them.

I have received several calls from this number and there is never anyone on the other line.

I have had repeated calls and no response when I answer. They need to be on a universal "do not call" listing!

I get this call and laugh. Telemarketing people: 1. To receive there hourly pay, must make as many calls as they can on the shift. The get paid for trying. It doesn't mean they have to succeed in selling you something or succeed for getting the information from you. They must sit there and dial away.
It may be annoying to get the call, but just laugh and ignore it. Doesn't anyone remember having a house phone and receiving evening calls all the way into the night? Telemarketers work until at least 9pm in some areas. I used to do this type of job when I was in high school back in the day. First job kinda thing. So I say just laugh and block the caller.

Unaccented voice asked for my husband and settled for me. He said we had searched an on-line realtor site (which we had) and he was offering to help finance our new home purchase (!!!) in exchange for some information about our current house.

My husband had checked the site but didn't request any information from there. There wasn't anyplace to ask for a "service" like this one. Can you be traced through a search now? Serious question. Anyway, I told him we weren't at all interested, and they have called back four times since then.

This company is quite annoying.  I work at home (have for about 11 years) and they call me at least once a day.  They ask for me by name and when I say "Can I help you?"  they hang up.  ??  It is always someone with a heavy Spanish accent.  One of the times they called they were blaring music from a Hispanic radio station into the phone.  Very professional!  

Why are they so hellbent and determined to call every day if they will not introduce themselves, say what they want or give the person who answers the phone the opportunity to speak?  It is the equivalent of a child calling and hanging up the same random people day after day.  

They call mostly in the afternoons or late in the evenings.  Even on the weekends.  

What is the most disturbing to me is that they ask for me by my last name, but there is no phone number (that exists) that is associated with my name.  Luckily all of my incoming calls are recorded.  After all, these people ARE calling a business line.  

I really wish these people would just drink bleach.  This has been going on for MONTHS and is beyond the point of ridiculous.

When I look at these who called sites, I type in a number and want to know WHO CALLED!!!!
Instead I get a list of nothing from a bunch of loosers who, in most cases, don't answer the phone but complain about being called so much.  If you don't know who it is or did not receive information that someone else needs to know. stop whining!  Nobody cares that they are a pain because you received 10 calls from them.  Who are they and what do they want??  If you don't know this, stop whining about how you are on the worthless DNC list and avoid contributing to the sites with worthless posting.

How About everyone that is on the DNC that receives unwanted calls AND has filed complaints over the years and even just Months- Write a Slow Mail and Internet Letter to their Senators- with a copy to their Reps -Complaining about the way DNC is being abused and not following up on complaints.

Have been getting calls from this number - called back - goes to a voice mail.

calls from this number to my cell Thurs Sept 6 1230pm and 830pm.  Then again Fri Sept 7 106pm.  Did not pick up, they did not leave a msg.  I'm also on the do not call list.

Call Centers have a right to call any time  between 8am-9pm within your time zone of course

I got several calls from this number. Most of the times I answered and no one was there. Today I answered and a man, in broken English, told me he was with Quicken Loans and asked if I'd read over the homeowner information they had sent me. I said I am not a homeowner...I am renting. He slammed the phone down.

Received at least 5 calls from this number- all on Saturday or Sunday.  Continued to receive calls - at least 2 a day- through the week.  Finally answered.  Some mid-east sounding man from "Quicken Loans."  I asked him to remove my name and NOT call me again.  He called back not 30 minutes later.  All of this when I was out of the country on vacation.

This party had been calling for months. No one answers on pick up, nor is there a recorded message. So I gave the party a name on my cell phone contacts. AKA "Kook." Whenever "Kook" calls I can see the name on my screen, and ignore.

When 616.980.1308 calls me I have an air charged horn that I blast in their ear. That gives them something to think about. It works, no more calls.

I have gotten many phone calls from 616.980.1308 since I've recently switched over to Metro PCS .  I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

Got a call from Mac Jones on 10th October and promised a appraisal on my house and said I may be contacted by insurance companies with home insurance quotes. I was to receive appraisal in 24 hrs. Nothing came. Soon after Mac Jones's call the insurance calls and e mails started. Very high number. Was this a hoax or scam?

Have had a total of seven (7) calls today and it's not even 7:00 p.m. yet.  This just started.  Who is this company so I can reverse harrass them?  Any idea?

keep getting calls from 1-616-980-1308 when answer caller hangs up.

Constant calls every single day.  Checking my phone company to see if they can block a number.
