second time this number has called... since Campo is only about an hour or so away from us I figured it might be someone I know.. but when I say hello they hang up... irritating... oh so irritating...

Called 10.16.13 at about 10:55 PST.  I did not pick up and they did not leave a message.  I had a call five minutes before that from another number which is most likely a telemarketer, according to info on this site.  Like millions of other people I am on the DNC List, which really makes no difference.  If I don't recognize the number, I don't pick up - simple.  Another poster suggested on another site to answer before your answering machine does, and repeatedly hit the number 9.  They may think it is an invalid number and get you out of the database, perhaps in the next century.........Caller ID states they are from Campo, California.  Uh huh.
