Somebody called me from this number and was breathing heavy. Everytime I would say, "Hello?" they would just keep breathing harder. Very freaky! When I tried to call them back the phone was just a really fast busy signal.

Called my home home 6 times in 30 mins. Will report to FCC if this does not stop immediately.
