Wife answered...they identified themselves as being from the Democratic party and were raising money...she stupidly gave them our address and told them to send the request by mail...I have my doubts they are who they say they are...just a hunch. But why would they spoof their caller ID if they are legit? I have told her to trust no one who calls unless she knows them directly.

I got a call from 619-801-8130 and it said Share Group, Inc.  I got a call from Share Group 3 days ago, with a different area code.  I called again and it's calling for various non profit organizations.  I once again, pressed 2, to have my number removed.  A lot of good that does, they just keep changing their number so they can keep calling.

Also have received several calls in September 2009 from 1-619-801-8130.

The caller ID lists the number as belonging to "The Share Group, Inc."

I have not, nor shall, answered the phone when I receive phone calls from this number.

Just got this call- as soon as I said hello, a pre-recorded voice told me to please hold for a representative. It then went to hold music and after about 20 sec, the line went dead

I have continuously been getting phone calls from this number and different extensions from this number, and I even blocked their calls, VERY ANNOYING and FRUSTRATING!  How can I stop them from calling?

I got a call from this number and the woman calling claimed to be calling from "The Humane Society of the United States."

I got a call from 619 801 8130 and she said she was from the Humane Society. I told her that i would donate money online myself, and she said that they would like to do it over the phone. She said is it because your giving your information and I said WELL YES. She started saying that I have your information here, and she rattled off my email address, well WOO HOO anyone can get that and then she said I have your account number right here. She rattled off some number that means nothing to me and she was very persistent. I told her again I was late for work and that I would donate myself online. WHAT A SCAM!!! WATCH OUT THE NUMBER WAS 619-801-8130!!!!!

no message - cellular call

Caller i.d. said only "cellular call." Didn't pick up; no message left on answering machine. Very annoying.

They've been calling several times a day (from a bunch of different numbers that show Share Group on caller ID), and always hang up without leaving a message.  If you call back on this number, you get a recording identifying them as a call center contractor for non-profits, and offering an option (press 2) to have the number you're calling from removed from their list.  I gave it a try; we'll see if they respect it.

Called here.  We don't have caller ID.  The guy asked for my wife.  I asked who is this.  It felt phony from the very start. Then he reluctantly gave me his name.  He asked to speak with her again and I asked what this was about.  His response was to ask me if I was her husband, and which point I hung up.  The phone number I got by #69'ing the call was 619-801-8130.  I called that number and it said "Share Group."

This is a hoax! Callers are using the name of any legitimate non-profit organization to try and solicit money.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO

They have called from several different  #'s besides this one-the caller ID on my home phone shows up Share Group Inc.I dont answer i let the machine pick up -they never leave a msg--wonder why??

They call me everyday.  I hadn't been answering, but the last 2-3 times I've picked it up, said "Stop calling me" before they had a chance to say anything and then I hung up.

No, it's not your mom.  I have gotten a sudden barrage of criminal calls, this is just another stolen phone number.  We have also heard lately from other reported scam phone number sources.  Get a real job, Nathan, and go to confession.

Have seen this name with various numbers 14 times on my caller id in less than a week, but they never leave a message.  I just filed a complaint with the do not call registry, so we'll see if the calls stop.

Yep, these jerks call me sometimes twice a day. No message. I won't pick up, and I added them to my block list. I have googled the number a couple of times, and Share Group is what people keep telling me they are. They have a website: http://www.sharegroup.com/, and they appear to be telemarketers. I think we need to complain about them to the Better Business Bureau.
