I paid this company $367.96 tried emailing them saying I haven't received a receipt saying it was paid in full. Now I'm getting calls from a guy named Brian filman 1-855-258-4213 he has been calling family members telling them I've been served what do I do.

received call from barrett associates concerning a legal case their client filed against me concerning loan I took out, which I never did.....claimed they mailed letters which I never received...he had the name of the company I worked for completely wrong, claimed he called to verify my employment but couldn't remember who he talked to, said he talked to someone in HR department...I no longer work there, yet he did not know that.....the company I worked for was privately owned and did not have an hr department onsite.....they are using my maiden name from over 6 years ago...as soon as I called him out on his fraud he started getting rude and loud....he called me 5 times back to back after I repeatedly told him I knew he is fraud and to stop calling me. The last time he called I told him if he was reputable, he would know that legally he could not call me again the same day after I answered the first time and I now have his phone number on my phone with all the harassing calls he is making. Told him I would get him for harassment if he did not stop calling me.

I have been getting calls from this number also. The guy said his name is robert smith and that he is from some law firm saying that I could get arrested for an outstanding loan that I never took out. Its a scam call and i reported them to the local police
