Apparently this is yet another stupid call about lowering one's interest rates on your credit card.  I surmise this from the comments already posted about this number.  This time they sort of left a message in that there was dead air space instead of an actual message.  I NEVER answer calls like this since they are merely thinly disguised attempts to gain as much information about you and your smart phone.  Do NOT answer calls from unknown numbers.  Do NOT call them back.  If you need to make sure that the number on the caller ID is a legitimate number, you can always verify it online before calling back.  The calls are  just one more way for them to gain access to the information on your phone.  I continue to report any and all calls like this to the do nothing, worthless FTC so at least they have a running record (at least, I hope they do) of all these eggregious and worthless calls.  Maybe someday they will join the 21st century and do something to block these calls.  For now, all we can do is download an app to block all unwanted calls.

Received many calls from this and like numbers on my cell and land line numbers, the few times I pressed the prompt (never from my call, as they could clone the number) to "speak" with rep, the person on the other side had no clue whatsoever as to why "I was calling them" , they couldn?t give me the name of the banks or companies that had issued my credit cards..... SCAMMERS ALL THE WAY!!! By the way, I do have my home and cell numbers registered in the do not call list, but I still get these annoying calls..

These people are a joke, and so are the idiots that work for them. Why would anybody do business with them when they obviously are running a scam?

Got a call from this number @ 4:57 pm New York time, but I didn't answer cause I didn't know the number.

Got a call from this number.  Didn't answer.  It was on my cell phone.  I am on both no call lists and get them any way.  I don't have a balance on any credit cards.

When I pressed "1" to speak to somebody he asked if I have more than $4000 in credit card debt.  Before I could finish telling him 'no' and to stop calling, he hung up.

Do not call lists, hummm... kind of like permits to carry a gun.  Do you really think bad guys care a rats a** that they need a permit... this is why we are in the trouble we are in... stupid naive people, which leads to stupid people voting for stupid people, how else did Obama make it?  Damed!

Got a call from them.  Listened through their sales pitch and asked several questions.  After wasting five minutes of their time and mine, I told them I was ready to consolidate my debt...Then said "oh wait, please put me on your do not call list instead".  They replied "Yeah right" and hung up.  They were super sketchy.

Called my cell so I added it to my contacts list as Scam Telemarketer and set it so they go straight to voicemail without ever ringing. Joke's on them.

I have gotten repeated calls at home saying they are 'credit card services' but I called my credit card company & they said wasn't them. so I knew something was up- but I have asked them to take me off the list - why doesn't someone do something about these guys!!!!

I keep getting scam calls from 620-487-3032 on my cell phone.  It is an automated message "this is Rachel from card services...."

My cell phone # is reserved for friends and relatives, and my home phone is unlisted. Both numbers are listed with the 'Do Not Call' listing. I don't answer calls from numbers that I do not recognize.

Numbers are SCAMS!! They obviously thing people are STUPID. Why would I answer a call from a number that I do not recognize?  Quite frankly - they are the  STUPID ones for thinking that people will immediately respond without knowing who, what, when, where and why!!  Honestly, the mind set of these people is clearly gutter/ghetto!

I get calls from the same company daily always a different number. Reporting them does no good because they use throw away phones once they run out of minutes they use another 1 with a different number. I use to get a live person on the phone and blast them with an air horn. The calls stopped for awhile, but now when a live person answers they hang up before the I can get em with the airhorn. I just don't answer them anymore.

They also call from 407-702-0538.  They use AT&T.  Maybe a couple hundred phone calls to AT&T might help stop them.

I filled out an online form to refinance my home and got calls from this number and 5 other companies within 2 days of submitting. When I read the fine print after giving out all my info, it was requesting my permission to run a credit report. I did not agree, closed out the website and still got all these calls!

12/29/11 got a call on my cell but no one was on the line when I answered..  called back to 'yell' at them but was told it was a non-working number...

Got call on my cell phone.  Didn't answer.  I'm on do not call list.  STOP CALLING.

I have been receiving calls from this number for a few weeks now. I answered yesterday and heard the automated message from "cardmember services" wanting to lower my interest rates but that I would have to act quickly. I pressed one to talk to a person. The man who answered said, "Welcome to cardmember services. Did you press one to lower your interest rates?" I said yes and then he said,  "I am a live operator, ma'am, you can't lie to me." Then he hung up. It was very bizarre ( and obviously not legit). I called back a few times but the call does not go through.

Don't waste your time registering with the usless DO NOT CALL idiots. I have reported this company no less than 10 times on my cell and house phone and nothing seems to stop them. In fact when I wasted enough of there time, I was told to go f--- myself because the Do Not Call people don't do s----.

Today I received the call twice - the money wasted on Do Not Call would be better used feeding our unemployed, the same ones these leeches are sucking dry.

I have been getting calls from this number and it is about lowering interest rates on credit cards.   It is obviously an attempt to get credit card information from unsuspecting people.  This should be investigated.

This number and several others have been calling several times during the day despite me being on the do not call list.

Do not want any calls on my cell this is for my family and VERY close friends ONLY.  Not solicitations.
