Oh yow, the NCO has an automated voice and the voice says "if you are -----------, you are admitting you are ----------------- if you continue to listen to this call.
What?! I think that is invasion of privacy. Do we have a solicitor in the house?!

This is harassment! They (NCO) calls for someone who doesn't even live and I don't know them.

Don't know how they got my number. They call 1 - 2 times a day. I let it go to voicemail and the caller just says "hello" then hangs up. The calls are just annoying since they don't seem to get the message that I don't want to be bothered. The "Do Not Call" List serves no purpose.
