calls and hangs up.i call back and there mssg box is full.

This caller calls each and every day, hangs up if I answer, and never leaves a message.  We are on do not call list.  See from other complaints that the company is GOING GREEN.
Very annoying

This company also uses 623-224-9139.  They have called me 6 times in the last two days from both of these numbers.  They never leave a message, but I have answered twice now, hoping to get rid of them.  They are a company calling to see if residences qualify for stimulus money to go green with home improvements.  The first time I spoke with a representative, I told him we are on the do not call list.  He insisted he wasn't trying to sell anything.  That is what they say to get around not breaking the law by calling numbers on the do not call list.  I asked if they weren't selling anything,why are they being so aggressive with their phone calls?  He still kept insisting and went right back into his script, so I told him to take our phone number off the list and don't call again.  Well, they don't do that.  They called three times again today.  The third time, I answered and it was the same company and the rep started to read the same script.  I told him we are on the do not call list and not to call again.  He just said sorry.  They know they are calling phone numbers from the do not call, but they don't care.  This is an unethical company, and they will never get my business.

This number calls and calls our house.  We never answer and they never leave messages.  We are on the do not call list as well.

Got another call from this number. I am on the do not call list but this person keeps calling. Do not answer if you get calls from this number

IF YOU HAVE CALLER ID and THIS NUMBER COMES UP, DO NOT ANSWER IT!!!!   IF YOU FEEL THE NEED TO ANSWER OUT OF CURIOSITY, TELL YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS and ANYONE else who may answer your phone NOT TO RESPOND TO ANY QUESTIONS OR CONFIRM ANY INFORMATION.  GOING GREEN w/SOLAR IS WHAT WE GOT OUT OF THIS # 623-224-9140.

I got a call from a guy who wanted to offer me some 'stimulus' money for 'going green' with solar and  I'm sure it was from this number.  I told him No but he was very insistent. About an hour later I received a call from this number and after a pause, they hung up.  On call back I got a "mailbx is full" message;

The last two days I've been getting calls from this number. Why don't people have better things to do with their time? When I answer there isn't any sound coming from the other end, like I'm on hold or something. What a waste of my time and a pain with a sleeping baby.

Caller left "creepy" message in what could be deemed either a disguised voice and/or threatening tone. When called back, there is a system greeting being used for voicemail. Caller is also using 623-224-9139 and hangs up without leaving a message.
