They keep calling my cell. I try to call back it wont even ring it just disconnects!

I think I start to understand why we get all these calls where no one talks or try to sell you anything. These are the same people who create these 100s of websites that promise you to find who calls you, like this website. Then, with 1000s of people visiting their websites every day trying to find out who call them, they go around and sell ads space like the ones you see on this page. The callers and the ones claiming that they can help you find out are the same. They should be shot.

How do make them stop....however whoever mr.john davis is (thats what he said his name was) I doubt if he'll be calling me back. I had actually applied for son and he was denied but this a new number and I never updated it w ss. He started asking for personal info and I wouldnt give it so he got very tacky (he,let his slip hang) I then told him I knew that it was a scam because he is an unprofessional slimy lil b* and then I heard him hang up.

I recieved a call from this person, I answered and the person was asking me that there was someone from my residence that got turned down for disability. Funny, that my mother has been turned down, but she would have never gave my cell number to anyone. So, I said that yes someone that I know has gotten turned down, They replied " what is their name", i said that was personal information and I do not give that type of info out. I also replied that If they wanted I would give them their phone number and if intrested they could call them. That reply was danced around and they asked me again, who is the person, I would not tell them, they hung up on me. I called the number back and it automatically hangs up. Scam, Someone needs to do a driveby.

I too just received a call at work from this number, using my legal name and saying someone in my family had filed a disability claim.  I said no one did and they hung up.  When I tried calling the number back (making sure it was a US area code), after punching in the numbers, the phone just cut off, no ringing no nothing.  Crooks.

Another call: claimed to be calling to help household member with disability claim!?!  To this date: NO ONE has "applied"!

Isn't it ASTOUNDING, the number of calls that WE ALL seem to get--from apparently  SCAMMERS?  WHAT is the law doing about it?  EVERYBODY is out to get $$$, NO MATTER WHO THEY CALL/NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!! Desperate times...  YOU SCAMMERS NEED TO ... GET A JOB!!!!!!

This number called on 3 out of 4 of our company lines at the same time, but no one was on the line..

This number just called about 10 times in a row. When I would pick up and say our greeting (at work) they would hang up and immediatly call right back. This went on for at least 10-12 times before someone finally said something. They asked for someone I have never heard of in a department that doesn't exist here. They wouldn't tell me where they were calling from. They literally tied up all our phone lines during all this.

What to send some white paper, free email?  When I said know they hung up!

Received two calls from this number today.  No one replied when I said hello the first time.  The second time they asked for someone who worked in a different department but said they were calling a company named "Bowls", I work at a college.  Obviously a scam of some kind.

Has called 2 days this week; they did not leave a message.

Wrang 3 times then stopped.  This number has been calling a number of times recently.

Keep calling my cell and no one there and   busy when I return call--How do I stop this?

Didnt leave a message, and knobodey was here to answer the call.
