left a message on my answering that sounded like a recorded voice saying "n" and then "o", n-o

For several days now I keep getting calls from (626) 610-3191, person speaks in Spanish and asks to speak with Martin.  when I ask who is calling or what is this about they hang up.

caller spoke in spanish, when asked who was calling, they hung up.
