Hi.  got the same phone call.  Threatening to send the police to either my place of employment or my home.  They also rattled off my address in the voice mail.  Tried calling them, no one answered.  Not sure what to do at this point.

I had a phone  call from this company and they claimed  to  be a law  firm  and that  I was being suied  by a pay day loan company by the name of American cash and I never took a loan out with them. So it was all a scam. They freaked me out at first because they said  I would be arrested  on Monday if I didn't pay 976.27 within 1hr. So when I told Mr.Shaun Williams I didn't have  the money to put on a green dot money pak at Wal-Mart he told me he was going to send the paper  work to my states sheriff's  department and they would call me in two hours well they never did and I never got arrested so that's how I know these  things  are a scam. When they call just report them  to your local Sheriff's  Department.

I have recieved calls from this number stating that I needed to have my attorney call that I had a payday loan and this was a collection agency.  Strange, these people have American names, but speak like Iranians or something.

I also got a call he would not stop calling and leaving me message about going to jail and having a lawsuit agaist me but I had my lawyers office call.him and he stop calling me

hy my name is cheyanne and  received a VERY nasty voicemail for a man by the name of DANNY BARISON OR MORRISON couldn't understand the idiot but the number was 1 630 206 2649 and told me that my attorney better contact him over this allegation and so I called them back he read off an affidavide against me and I asked for who was sueing me and first it was money network then it was cash America later on in the conversation I asked for their company address and phone number of the person sueing me and he tells me he cant release this information out to me because they are his client then I asked can I settle this out of court and he kindly said "yes he said I had to go to walmart to western union the money or I had to go by a money pack prepaid card and call him and give him the number off the back of the card after  scratched it off then I asked why he couldn't just take the money off my bank card and he said the attorneys can not do that and if I did not pay by the next day then there will be someone to come an arrest me for fraud so I asked him if my attorney needed to call back at this number then he got all nasty again telling me yes they can and that then he will just see me in court and my lawyer an no match for his lawyers and I would have to pay for his attorneys and they are not cheap bla la la la la later after finding this site I was looking at the complaints and called the numbers I called the # 1 630 318 1052 and I will be damned it was the same damn people lol when they answered all I could do is laugh lol someone nees to stop them

this is a scam these people had my soc sec # place of employment etc. said if I didn't send them $ that I would be prosecuted this needs to be made public hacked into my personal info online

This company called and left a threatening message for my husband claiming he got a loan from American Loan for the amount of $901.23 and if he didn't pay today they were arresting him on Friday. They have contacted his place of employment. They would not release any information like dates or anything else, claiming it was conflict of interest. They were very rude and unprofessional. I had to call 3 times due to them hanging up on me. We have received no paperwork in the mail at all. They claim they are suing us. I think it is a scam. I want proof....

This is exactly what happened to me.  He said his name is John Marshall.  He said he feels "sorry" for me if I don't call him back immediately.  I'm going to be arrested at work.  I'm so sick of this annoyance!

got a call from this number threatening me if I didn't call back or my attorney didn't call back it would be really bad for me when I called the number back a girl answer the phone and put me on hold and the she finally come back and said I defaulted a paydayloan from American cash ive looked it up and there is no place called that . then she hung up on me.

I got a voice mail from iPhone number 630-318-1052. He said his name was James Web. Said I am go to lose my job in 24 hours and his investigators are coming to puck me up at my work and drag me to court with my lady. This scares me . Police said it was a scam.

I don't now want calls from this number anymore. At my place of business or my personal line.

I got a call from this number caliming it is from keller and hodge law services and stated I took a loan from amercian payday cash loan and I defaulted on payments and they will arrest me in 24 hours. I told my boss and she called them. It seemed like an indian accent peiople disguised as caucasian people and after my boss asked for further information they put her on hold and then disconnected the call.

I reported them to the local police, issued a flag on my information with the credit reporting agencies and ftd.gov

I received a phone call from this number stating that there was a case against me for  payday loan that I did and had deposited into my bank account. I never a day in my life have done a payday loan on line. When I asked for the information from the comapny that was making these alligations she would not tell me and said it was a loan that I did a long time ago. I argued with her again that I never did one and she said that I can fight that in court then hung up on me. Then I called back and was told to please hold and no one ever came back. I think this is a bogus threat but I am not sure why.

I just received a phone message from  630-318-1052.  I was unable to take the call, but I googled the number.  I am not that dumb and have no intention of giving them any money.  I know these kinds of scams have been going on for quite a long time and if there are complaints, why are they still in business?

I have just recieved a phone call from this company saying they are a Debt Collector threating me to arrest me at my work and to get me fore some loan that I had got from some company and I dont have any loans except fore my truck they are very rude and just continuing that I will be arrested fore fruad

When you call the number back it is a busy signal!!  They said they were going to have me arrested for defaulring on a loan.  They are very rude and have an indian accent.  They would not tell me the name of the law firm.  Said I owed $8000 wtf ever.  We are filing a chp 13. They were nowhere on my credit report

I will report them big time....they called me saying I will be arrested on Monday from my job and I have to pay $10000.00 for bail...I then had my boss call back to tell them not to call my job again on a personal matter. who ever you are you are not getting away with it...

this person called my office and said the police were coming to get me because i defaulted on a loan. from some undisclosed company. and he wanted to me get an prepaid visa  and give him the numbers to pay off loan.  well i have a loan in good standing next payment isnt even due til end of month.. harrassed my boss as i work off site..  something should be done about these people

I JUST GOT THE SAME CALL...SCARED ME TO DEATH! I WISH SOMEBODY WOULD TRY TO COME TO MY JOB & ARREST ME! THEY BETTER BE PACKIN CUZ I AINT GOIN DOWN WITHOUT A FIGHT!!!! ESPECIALLY OVER SOMETHING I DID NOT DO!! NOW THEY HANG UP ON ME!!!

he claims to be from caller and hodges law ferm  I tried to claim the I defroded the com that I own of 8000 dollars and was going to send a officer to arrest me Monday if I did not pay the 8000 pluss 900 for his fees

Hopefully this shuts the scammers down.

DO  NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!! Kept saying that it was a law firm dealing with a claim on me. I asked what company they said Cash America and then when I called back they said American cash. Wouldn't tell me when the loan was taken out or who it was from. Then threatened me. I asked for my claim number since u know people who can look it up. They said they couldn't provide me with that info. I told them if I knew what company it was I could pay it off he said they don't want your money and threatened me with losing my job and being detained. They called again and I told them I had looked them up in a fraud system he yelled and said EXCUSE ME?! Then said I had 3 more claims in my name. His name was John Marshall but judging by his heavy Indian accent I'd say that's not his real name.

I just got off the phone with this man..  He kept reminding me that I had been involved in fraud  and was being prosecuted.  I was so frightened because I had  just done a payday loan. Two days ago somebody authorized a 89.00 member ship which is in dispute, and now this. I was scared to death. He knew the last 4 of my social my place of employment. I called a payday loan company and come to find out that is not the way things are even handled.. I  looked up the number on google and found this.. THANK GOD...I will never offer any personal info on line again..

I love screwing with these losers. JUST got a call- again. Tell them I cant understand and a bad cell number. Have them call me at a specific home number? Give them the local attorney General Fraud prevention line. A***oles!

I got a call on my cell phone but they asked for my husband.  I asked them what this was in regards to he told me that they had a fraud case out on my husband I asked why and he said for a loan that he never paid off I asked when did he receive this loan the man on the phone couldn't tell me said he didn't have that information (kinda funny I work for a payday loan company if any legal action has to be taken the court system wants to know when the loan was taken out proof that  the money was exchanged to the customer) so he needed to know this information I continued to ask questions like my account number (which was wrong) my husbands birthday (wrong) address (wrong) email address (wrong) nothing this guy had on my husband was correct. People be aware don't fall for it. Also if you call back and fish for information they will eventually block the numbers you call from.

THe same guys called me. I called my police department and they told me to go to iC3.gov to file a complaint. They said if enough people do it, they can take out these guys. Everyone PLEASE go online and file a complaint. It literally is as easy as posting on this board. Seriously.

YES THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENS.  THE EVEN WENT  TO THE EXTREME AND PLACE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT ABOUT 3 TIMES. I HAD TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF THIS $$$$. THESE PEOPLE ARE CRAZY LEAVING MESSAGES AND CALLING MY PHONE CONSTANTLY. LAST FRIDAY I HAD 28 CALLS FROM NOT ONLY  THIS NUMBERS BUT OTHERS. AWFUL

Called me saying I have a warrant for my arrest and if I had an attorney. I told him that I know this is a scam. He then said," You will see when u get the subpeona." Indian guy

I just received the same phone call on cell and work threaten me as well and that the law enforce will be picking me up friday morning.  Person didn't speak clearly so I asked to spell the law firm letter by letter he had the nerve to say you can't understand english, I told him I understand English Language but not the langauage you speaking.  The spelling of the law firm was Keller and Hodges Attorney at Law.  Well just to let you know the company name did not come up on the internet.  Sorry, everyone be aware it's a scam.  All you have to say I've turned your company and number to the FBI now they will be coming after "YOU"!  Be Careful.  Mainly if you filled out anything online especially a loan application that's how they are geting your information.

I had the same experience . He threatened me verbally and told me that they were coming to my place of employment to pick me up, when I tried to explain that I work where that isnt possible, he became very abusive. then hung up. I also have no knowledge of this problem.
