Ah Ha! ... Another Conspiracy theory bytes the dust.  Barclaycard! Explains it all!  Don't the idiots know that you don't answer calls from strange numbers from other countries or waste money on retrieving voice mails from direct sales trolls.  What a bunch of bankers!

Well here we are in 2014 and its still happening!  ... and I am in the UK!!!!  Complete with earlier reported  'dial your extension' and 'extensions out of use' voice messages etc

Is this an NSA thing?  What do we all have in common?  I know I am 'known' from anti-apartheid days and then later for developing and patenting cypher compression long before 9/11 made it an encryption method instead of the original dedupe idea.  What about you guys?

Hi...I received a call from that number  +1-630-395-0597 today but no message. I called back and it sounds like a company called RR Donnelly or so...But in order to speak to someone you need to know the extension...WEIRD

They call me Since you order the goods from China. Anyone have any other ideas?

All I know is its Illinois calling? likewise not calling back, no messages left. Anyone who genuinely wants to get hold of you will leave a message.

Suspect it to be an American investment house (of sorts) hunting UK clients, can get away with selling s**t stock overseas that they can't under regulations in the USA. Got caught up with one of those before, won't answer now as once they have made any contact with you, you will be fending them off for months. Some very slick pressure sales people out there, almost considered the option until deeper investigation made it clear I was up for a distance scam.

I have also received a missed call from this number in the UK and tried to call it back to no avail........ also the answer phone voice is a little hard to make out.  V dodgy.
