Got the same BS at 10:08 this morning.  They hung up when my answering machine picked up as I do not answer "Incoming Calls".  The caller ID showed Second Day Ind.  I did *67 and dialed their number and it never went through.  BS/Scam/Collection?  Who knows.

I thought it was my ex-girlfriend...I tried to do a reverse match but there is no information on this number. I tried calling it back but it just picks up and then there is silence. Very Annoying.

The good news, I purchased a Panasonic phone (pretty cheap) from Wal-Mart. The model number is KX-TGA641. It has a save feature that enables you to "BLOCK" the call. I use it all the time now. It recognizes the number and automatically stops your phone from ringing.

I've received several calls and hangups over the last few days from 630-437-5587. Tracked company info on Second Day Industries to Everdry Waterproofing of Chicago owned since 1978 by William Crawford at 2439 Curtiss St.,Downers Grove, IL. Their phone numbers are (800)433-8796, (630)769-9300 and their fax # is (630)769-9371. Spoke to Letti when I called,she was pleasant and apologetic and said she would have the manager remove my number from their list. She also said there was no telemarketing going on right now so there must be a problem with their equipment.Told her if the calls continued, I would contact the FCC

I have received several calls from this number, and each time they simply hang up, whether I pick up or it goes to the answering machine. I tried calling the number back and it only waits for about 1 minute and then gives the "busy" signal. I'm really confused why a legit business would take the time to call people just to hang up on them? Who is Second Day Ind. anyway?

Have had several calls from this number.  No message.  I'm on the do not call list but still have been bothered by them.  Don't know who they are.

They call no message We are on do not call list they should be fined

Call the company and ask them to remove your number off of their list. That might help your pain and agony. It is a lot easier that posting these blogs/bulletins every day. I am just trying to help you.

They called, I didn't answer.  I have turned off my answering machine, I think that only makes them call more....  ANYWAY, I don't answer phone calls from companies or Caller ID names I don't know.  If I don't know them, I don't want to know them!!!

Same as the folks above, I tracked 630-437-5587 back to EverDry waterproofing at 630-769-9300 and asked to be removed from the call list.  The calls are being generated (even though we also are on the Do Not Call registry) by an automated dialer which is supposed to hang up after ringing about 3 times and getting no answer.  

They were pleasant and apologetic when I called.

I called the 630-769-9300 number given above, and a man named Will said it is indeed for the same Second Day Ind that calls using the number 630-437-5587.  He confirmed they are a waterproofing company in Downers Grove, Illinois.  He said he could not understand why I kept getting calls despite my being on the FTC's no-call list.  When I threatened to sue, he said he would take my number off of their call list.  We'll see.

There are things you can do to prevent this from happening. You can ask the company to remove your name from the list. People may not know, your number is not blocked 100% because you are still listed and are still able to get called from non- for profit organizations.

Second Day Ind (630-437-5587) called us (despite being on National Do Not Call List).  My son took the call regarding basement seepage and the woman caller used extremely foul language in speaking to him.  That number does not respond; however the company's website has a 630-769-9300 main number.  I addressed the issue with an "apologetic" manager ...

I get this call in the late morning. Also get no connection if the number is dialed. Complaint submitted to FCC.

i am also on the do not call list and get calls fro\m them all the time. Its very annoying! and when you call the number back...it doesnt connect. What a apin in the neck!
