Who is this

called 2, 3 times a day everyday

I've gotten eight calls a day.  No answer, but a phone machine does pick up when I call back, indicating either an internet operation, or a multitask kind of phone doing the business.

These people have called several times, when the answering machine picks up they hang up and don't leave any messages.

Yes, I have been receiving calls from these guys at least 8-10 times daily.  I answer and there is now one on the line.  I called them back and it goes right to a voicemail.....I have left two messages requesting that they take my name and number off of their list.  It is still happening, what are my options?

Calls come in while I am at work so I miss them. But they try several times.  This is not the first time. I received calls like this a while back also.

When I pick up there is no one on the phone
