I called the number from two different phones. I got a message that the number did not match their records. Please try again. I got the same response.

i got a call from a person named  art  said he was with advantage blue cross advantage plan .that  that my payments most likely be going up;and who my doctor was.

When I got home from work last night, I had a phone message that stated, ?Anthem Blue Cross is likely to announce payment impacts to Advantage Blue Cross plans in April.
Please call this number so we can tell you more about it: 1-855-959-2200.?

When I call that number, I?m asked to key in the  phone number that the message was left on.  When I key in that phone number, I am told through a recording to call another phone number: 877-587-3646. Supposedly that number is for the ?coalition for Medicare choices made up of 1.3 million people with Medicare advantage plans.?

When I call the second number (twice now), I get a message saying, ?All circuits are busy.  Please try your call again.  These messages probably went out to millions of Medicare advantage seniors, who are now panicking.

I then started over with the first number and went through the whole above scenario again.

This sounds ?kinda fishy? to me.
