Got a voicemail from this number; caller ID "Unknown." Only thing I could understand was "Hi". Everything else was garbled. No idea who owns this number.

Wish I could vote against this arrogant Dillard but he represents the Illinois 24th senate district  near Chicago and I have an area code of 618 and am in the senate district across from St Louis; about 300 miles away. What a loser annoying people that cannot even vote for or against the puke.

We need a special do not call list for politicians and surveys. Whenever they dial a number on that list, they automatically get charged $20.

I called it back and its a recording that does not give you any information on who it is.  they tell you they will call back.
