How can I report these people and benefit from it, since I have signed up with "National DO NOT CALL
LIST". This number is calling every day and night and then they don't answer or leave message.

This number, along with another from Delaware (302 area code), called me yesterday afternoon. I didn't answer, but after doing some checking online, it belongs to a conglomerate that solicits services to help you find colleges. I did a request for one provider because I do wish to continue for my bachelors in audio production online, but did not know it would send a flurry of other sites that wish to sign me up for other fields of study.

I used to work for a company that bought leads that were generated from online requests, normally linked to job sites like Monster or Career Builder, so I should have known better. It sounds almost impossible, but if you're seeking a job or continuing your education online, please temper your expectations because in most cases, you can't move to the next screen without completing when the FIRST offer pops up. It can be quite annoying, but if you reach a live voice, please remember that they are real people just doing their job and calmly explain you're not looking to return to school until you find a job (or whatever purpose led you to that pop up).

(Final note: Sometimes, children run into those sites while playing online games. You could be getting those calls because of that as well.)

I have been getting random calls really early in the morning.  They don't leave a message and when I picked up one call there was no one on the other end and the line just hung up.  what is frustrating is that I get about four calls every morning from different number every time.  I just don't get the purpose of these other than just to harass you.

I have recived calls from 6304910112, 4177301062, 2153833335, 3175595560, 2143965583, 5616924246, 2512029628, and 3343351175 in total 13 times from the past week!

Received a unwanted call at 8:53 am August 20th

I just got this call right now at 6:30 pm PST August 10, 2012.  They got my name right and assumed that I apply for college and I told them I'm not in college then they assume I had a loan and the guy wouldn't stop talking so I hanged up.

Received a call from this number (630-491-0112) at 11:44pm on July 31 2012 no message, just on long enough to make the phone ring and my voice mail answered.

Recieved an unwanted call from this number at 7:29 pm July 24, 2012.

Does not leave a message. When I called the number I got a message that it is Career Institute and they match applicants to the best colleges and universities. . .then I hung up.

Number calls all day and night.  Will not stop and will not leave a message.
