Caller was very rude. Our hospital has a policy that no calls are transferred unless the caller knows the department the employee works in...we are a large hospital so it would be very frustrating for our nurses and other employees if they had to constantly stop work b/c of ridiculous phone calls. When I told the caller the information I would need, he started to give me a "law lesson" about what acts I was violating. Then he got very loud with me saying that our "employee's life was about to be ruined and it would be on my conscious forever because I was uneducated and violating the law for my own personal vendetta". This guy was a real piece of work.
