Its a call center in the Chicago area that does work for Crate & Barrel.  I ordered an item and they called on a Sunday to set up a delivery time.

Must have been Crate & Barrel... we shop at the outlet all the time and recently pick up some furniture... i got the call, but did not answer.

Have received several calls from this number over the past several days as well as an obviously fake email claiming to be Crate and Barrel customer service.  Definitely seems bogus....

They just called me (this # did) and i quickly googled to see who it was and found this site. I answered and they didnt say anything. I've never bought anything from them or been to their store or website before so i dont know how they had my #

It is Crate and Barrel.  I just had furniture delivered this morning and they are calling to follow up/survey.

I got a call and I didn't know whom it was so I didn't answer.  I did place a order with CB2 though.

I dont want to answer this call to my cell phone.

It's real.  I purchased something from CB2 and they were just calling to make sure the delivery went OK.

Need to find out about who this is....
