I have been getting from this 630-629-4040

I have requested to be taken off their call list five times, but to no avail. I am now reporting them to the FTC every time I get another auto-dialed call, which is several times a week and sometimes more than once a day. It's straight-up harassment at this point.

OMG!!! I have been getting calls from this number as well.  So I Googled the number.  And as I read all of your comments I started to put two and two together.  I visited that location once and I agree on the service.  It was the worse service I ever had.  So much for going to a well known establishment that should be catering to the brides who are purchasing the most important dress of their lives.  I walked in there, wearing my gym clothes with an appointment to talk to someone about veils and accessories.  I never felt so low class as I would describe it.  Although I was not spending a huge amount of money, I was still a customer, thus was not treated like a customer willing to spend money at their establishment.  I took my business elsewhere.

Yup, this is House of Brides. Not only did they have crappy customer service when I went to the store in Orland but they are also waaaay over priced. They had a poor selection of dresses, most of them were pretty ugly too. On top of that they are pretty annoying with all of their phone calls (with no voice mails left either!). Next time I will know to pick up their call and be sure to tell them to take me off of their call list.

They called today and did not leave a message. After more research I found out that it is House of Brides in IL. I also read numerous awful reports on them. I went there to look for bridesmaid dresses for my girls and the woman "helping" me was very rude. I told her the dress and style # that I had liked on their website and she told me that I would have go find it by myself. She also said that the dress I was looking at was a Couture dress and that I would not be able to afford them. I knew exactly how much they were and was going to purchase them. Then while my sister/maid of honor was trying it on thr woman actually smacked her with her clipboard. They should know better then to call me for anything.
