Erc debt collection.

They called but refused to give me information about why they were calling unless I gave them my personal information. No way! When I called the number back to see if I could at least get the company name the recording said ERC.

They said they were calling about a car application that I filled out.  I told them that I don't need or want a car.

This was a harassing ilegal call from the thugs at DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS.

By the way, There are reports that DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS coordinates their harassment of people with another group of thugs, Performant Recovery Inc. (209-858-3500).

Its the Verizon Wireless Message retrival system.

Report it to the Illinois State Police Department and give the phone number to the police department. They  will track the phone number and they will arrest him for harassment and fined. The will revoked the phone number. If he will call again then contact the Police Department. They will record the phone calls to your cell phone number.

That is a same guy, His name is Martin. He called from the other phone number too. And the name is familiarized. If you have to, call Illinois State Police and file the harassment against him. He will be fined and banned his phone number and his company name. Change your personal greeting. Here's what I put down, "You have reached (add name) cell phone number. If you are the prefix number of 630-701-xxxx. You have banned from the DO NOT CALL LIST. I already contacted the State  of Illinois police department to filed the harassment against you. If you call me one more time, you will be arrested and you will be fined from the Illinois State Police Department. Please don't call again."

A man in jail got this number and used it to stalk me beeee careful

it's very annoying, could get it couple of times a day. i once talked with a real person and told her this is wrong number. she said will remove my number from their database. But NO -  they still call.

Someone from this company/phone number calls frequently using different numbers..he never leaves a message.  I am not sure how this number gets through to my phone since I put my number on the do not call list. Any suggestions?
