This is a spam caller wanting to offer you "Top Placement on Google".  The Illinois Attorney General should be investigating these bogus telemarketers and taking legal action against them.  Never, ever give out any business information to any person or in this case, so-called "Internet Marketing Company" you have no past or current business relationship with.

Haven't seen this in the previous posts...my caller id says R. Marshall.  I haven't answered the phone and they never leave a message, just keep calling.

Came up on my CID as PAL DUPAGE CO, but they did not leave a message.

I received a few of these calls in the last week but caller ID shows M. Montgomery.  After multiple of calls and no answer on the other end, I redialed the number and it just kept ringing and ringing.  I have 3+ calls from the last week ranging from 11:30 am to 4:20 pm.  Could someone be casing the area to find out when residents are home????? I'm concerned.

This number now comes up as "M. Montgomery".  Did not answer.

IF IT IS....the  "fraternal order of"...police, fire, sheriff, etc....  as a previous post noted....

.....they are persistent scam artists and very rude when you question them about their organization..
..how much goes to administration and how much goes to whatever Fraternal organization they are representing at the time, or their office address etc.

They say they are exempt from the do not call list...SO..NEXT TIME THEY CALL...ANSWER THE PHONE,and GET AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE..."ADDRESS TO MAIL YOUR DONATION", RETURN PHONE NUMBER, ETC..Then ask them not to call again...and if they do, you will report them to the local Police and the states attorney''s office for PHONE HARASSMENT.....

Has called repeatedly in the past.  Abandons after answer.  Never leaves a message when supervised by answering machine.  Upon supplying my live voice answer, it routed. After a 2nd greeting I heard a human sound: A sigh; Followed by a hasty hang-up.  Returning a call to that number, it transacted a double ring-no answer: A ringback for a minute;  And then, a transfer to another ringback. that also didn't answer. In hindsight, returning a call to the number is probably not such a good idea, as the outgoing call might be later argued as evidence of a valid "Bidness Relationship"  So, just blocked the number with *60.  Such a neat feature!

Called once today under this number and not sure but think same place called using similar phone number and different name.  First time showed up as M.M and second time as Bensenville IL.  Never left a message and usually they (as well as other telemarketers) hang up after 3 rings.

name on caller i.d. showed M. Montgomery and the phone number 630-756-1843. Rang and I did not pick up. Left no message on my voice mail. Call came today in the afternoon at 1:19 PM Saturday October 23 2011. Seems like these people are crank callers. First a women, then a man who acts creepy.

I got a call from this number and the ID said M. Montgomery. A man asked for someone with my husband's first name but different last name. He seemed very skeptical when I told him he had the wrong number and asked me again if I knew the person he was looking for. I told him no an asked him not to call back again and he hung up.

Scam; claiming to be raising money for a "Police athletic league" which in truth does not exist. Refused to answer when I asked percentage of money they keep, their mailing address or which police agency they were claiming to be attached to.

I just received a call from this number and there was no message left. I read the comments and it scares me to think it could be some weirdo. If this helps anyone.. the caller id displayed

Just got a call from this number caller id came up as M. Montgomery.  Didn't answer and there was no message.  I get quite a few of these type calls and just let them ring.  Don't need to have the hassle of some idiot trying to get a donation for some organization that doesn't even exist.  Just scams!  Wish the FCC could close down these people!!!

Solicitor for various orgs. All want your money and seem like they are not as good as donating direct to the group itself.

I got a call from this number as part of an 2 hour/ 6 caller onslaught of credit card processing promotions. Female caller IDed herself as Merchant services offering free credit card machine. I advised was on National Do Not call list, caller said I will be removed from their list. I asked who sold them the number and asked to talk to manager, she had a very long pause and said he was busy right now. I used iBlacklist to block the entire area code along with the area codes of the other callers.

I just got the same caller ID.

just got a call from this number a few minutes ago.  husband answered the phone and they hung up.  Showed up on caller id as "Pal DuPage Co".  Seriously, how do these people get unlisted numbers?

Answered a call from 630-756-1843, picked up and message send to hold for next available operator! What? Are you kidding me???? you call me and tell me to hold for you?  hahahhaa...NEVA!! NEVA!! NEVA!! You want me to talk to you? THEN......show yourself on my caller id, have a human being ready to talk when i pick up, and dont call unless you have a valid reason (Soliciting is not valid) i dont talk to machines, i dont wait for you, and if i want your services, i will seek you out! If i owe you money, i will pay you when i get some, obviously if i havent paid, i dont have it yet!!!!!

got a call from this number.  The id had the name of a friend of ours who has a daughter who has been ill with cancer for several years. Her mother is working on a fund raising campaign and her name is posted on the internet with info on her sick daughter.

When spouse asked why our friend's name was on the id, the man at the other end said oh, that is my supervisor.  He claimed to be from the WishingWell foundation.

How horrible to steal info on family with a very sick child to try to steal money from folks.

Received the call. Didn't answer. No message left.
