YEH...I ANSWERED THE PHONE AND HE SAID...IN A VERY FAKE NY ACCENT...NEED TO TALK TO THE PERSON WHO TAKES CARE OF THE ELECTRIC BILL...MY CALLER ID WAS "ILLINOIS". COULD THIS BE A PERSONAL CELL PHONE? GUESS THE FEDERAL PROGRAM "NO CALL LIST" IS NOT WORKING.
