Called us, no message ID says k Wilson. Busy tone when I call back.

Just got a call from this number it was a female asking for my husband as soon as I said he was at work she hung up and everytime I call back all circuits are busy...

K Wilson called - left no message.  Interestingly, another call that's been linked to Make A Wish 1.630.869.1305, a Y Bouhafa, called twice about half an hour ago.  It appears that they're becoming more persistent in their efforts.  It's a real shame - we don't answer our home phone any more unless we know who is calling us.  It's too bad if we know you and you've chosen to be "unlisted" as we won't pick up.  We're approaching the point of getting rid of the land line and going to mobiles 100% (and we don't answer those unless we know the callers either).

I saw this number on my caller ID when I got home today.  Name says K. Wilson.  No message was left.

Received a call from this number that came up as K. Wilson. They told me they were from Wish Upon a Star Foundation and wanted a commitment to donate once a year for cancer kids in the Will County area.

I got the same number call my home. The person asked for my 12 year old son. They said they are from Wish Upon A Star Foundation. When I said you're calling my home asking for a 12 year old boy they tried to apologize and wanted to hang up. I told them I wanted to speak to their supervisor and he hung up. He came up on the phone as K Wilson. When I tried to call back I keep getting; "All circuits are busy."

Keep getting calls from this number.  When I answer they hang up.  I will contact phone company and have call blocked.

Received several calls from this number.  When I answer and say, "Hello." caller hangs up.

I just got "the call" @ 12:36 pm on Thursday. After reading all of your posts, I know what to expect.  It gives the real law enforcement officals a bad rap.

I got a call from this number and I didn't answer it and they didn't leave a message.  The call came in on my home phone on Sunday night at 8:20pm.

I just got the call asking for the woman that lives here and she was not here. he hung up. if yougot this call ...please please call your police and let them know what was said about them being a cop. POLICE WOULD NOT ACT THAT WAY

This guy calls and is extremely rude. I would like to report this as harrasment. Any idea how I can do this?

A guy from this number called last night (Sunday) around 9:30 p.m.  He asked to speak to my wife.  I asked who was calling, and he responded "John".  I asked him the reason for the call.  He responded, "I'm a drug enforcement agent, and I called to talk to [your wife]."  I said "Are you calling on official business, or are you trying to raise money?"  He responded:  "I am a drug enforcement agent, and I called to talk with [your wife]!  What is so complicated about that?"  I asked him to provide his name and badge number, and he refused, again demanding to speak with my wife.   I hung up the phone and he has not called back.

This was seriously disturbing and unsettling, and I am trying to dedice what to do about it.  I'd like to call the number back and give him a piece of my mind, but I'm worried that he's actually a cop and might do something irrational given how he behaved on the phone.  I'm also considering calling the Attorney General's office, but I don't even know what charity he's affiliated with -- or even that he really is affiliated with a charity.  Any suggestions?
