I got  from these maggots last week too. For $347.00! I'm unemployed and it was all I  had.
I contacted my bank and made them aware of what they did.

I used to work there a couple years back. It consists of cold calling people who are looking for insurance. Being that they are looking for insurance we would see if they were interested in a discount plan but theyare supposed to tell you that it is a discount plan. If you have insurance we would see if you needed anything more than what you already had or even a better insurance plan. If you asked to be taken off the list it is the responsibility of the person you spoke to to let the compliance manager know and a lot of them act to lazy to do it. So because they didn't another person in the company would end up calling that same person because they didn't know. I got cussed out by a lot of people when I was just doing my job.

The public need to know they can go DIRECT with the carrier, they do not need to do business with any agent

Very nice! About time these scamartists go out of business. People need real Health Insurance not a Discount Plan that does absolutely nothing for them. Everyone who works there - start looking for new jobs very soon!

Anyone who has been ripped off by PJP Health Agency should contact their bank and fill out an ACH Form in order to prevent PJP Health Agency from making future debits from their checking account.

They should also file a complaint with the New York State Insurance Department.Please call Judy Doyle of the NYS Insurance Department at (518) 474-5154. Ms. Doyle is currently investigating the multitude of complaints that have already been filed against PJP Health Agency. Good luck!

Worked there for a brief period of time earlier this year. It's a huge room, full of little cubicles which consist of you and your phone and computer.  After being there for only 2 months, I was terminated, didn't meet their sales quota. I sold maybe two policies during that time. And each time I did, I felt so guilty. Most of the time, I found myself talking people out of buying their policies. I didn't have the heart, or lack of heart, to sell people crap. That was my first try, in the insurance business, and will be the last.

Just got a call from a Donna asking me if I wanted to sign up for health Insurance. I got 2 calls in less than 3 minutes. First one I did not answer, second one I told her I did not want any health insurance and to take me off their call list. She replied that she would take me off...end of story. Hope she keeps her promise.

Not only did I get scammed but clearly people like "Michael" have no idea what its like to have a condition that requires you to see a pain management doctor.  And without insurance I was about to be dropped by mine (there are extremely few doctors willing to treat without insurance) and I thought for the first time I was standing in sunshine.  Now, after weeks of the run around and excuse after excuse, I find out that they took money and provided nothing.  When I have to tell my doctor I got scammed he is not going to believe me, and will drop me as a patient (trying to find a pain doctor is hard enough and to find one after being dropped is next to impossible, and intensify that with no insurance - the picture is not pretty) ..

I admit that I thought that it was too good to be true - but I was desperate - and I was so excited at first and after week after week of run arounds and non answers (including, well I guess we are going to have to find you another insurance company)

So not only did they get my sister's money (she was trying to help me out) but they ruined my reputation and my health is going downhill from the stress.  Now we have to cancel her CC (which is going to ugly in and of itself) but I have to try to find a way to get a new doctor.  

As for "Michael"  - happy to trade you - you're honkie dorie health and perfect insurance for my craptastic health and being made to fell stupid

When are the regulatory agencies which are supposed to protect the public from creeps like this going to actually do something? SHAMEFUL!

I just got a phenomenal policy through PJP HEALTH AGENCY.  If you don't want assistance getting Health care then you shouldn't fill out information requesting a quote and put your phone number.  Think about what you are doing.

I'm not happy with the company, I do not like paying for something without reading it first. My credit card company on 6-8-09 at 10am that this policy was not canceled. WHY not? I called last week. This would be a good progam i'f one had the money to back it up. I do not. I do not need all these discounts. I'm not against your offering, but it's not what i'm looking for. Thank You. I received 2 calls in few minutes and one of the representatives said to me that is not true I was in the middle of something ...

i was using ehealthinsurance.com to get a quote and soon after submitting my information, stupidly, i got a call from an insurance sales person. ANNOYINGLY pushy and rude. DON"T ENTER YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION unless you want a call from a pushy salesperson.

Definitely coming from a health insurance company... I just filled out the form online, and SPECIFICALLY asked NOT to be called by phone.  They called anyway.

I received a call from PJP Health Agency and everything seemed fine until he kept asking for my bank information. I wanted more information about what I was getting for my money, and after every question he answered he asked for my routing number. I said I wanted to talk it over with my husband, and he had the audacity to question me why do you need to talk to your husband, he's in the room with you and you've repeated back to me all of the plan information. He went on to tell me to talk to my husband right now. I said ok, hold on, put him on mute and we agreed to just hang up on him. Don't make people feel uncomfortable jerks, you had a good price, and i probably would have went with you, but now i am not.
