this number calls trying to sell "much needed things" to enhance my business.

A computer call from Merchant services trying to sell you credit card processing servcies.  Have asked they not call before, on the DNC list. as you can see they don't care

I spoke to a Tom Lightner today, who said i'm and a$$hole and I'd keep getting the calls.  They are and ISO/MSP or something like that of Wells Fargo, N.A.  I called thier office and was told to take a chill pill.  I've also been lied to by Mr. Lightner with it's a different Merchant Service Group company, yet, I've listend to the message and he was the one that called me back, at least twice.  Go figure that one out.

I'm getting ready to mail letters to both Merchant service group and wells fargo.  Let see what happens next

This number calls everyday with a recording about a credit card.

I just started a new business, and as soon as I established a telephone line calls started coming in from this number on a daily basis.

When I call back, no one answers, but I'm put through to an automated message.

I consider this borderline harassment.

I receive 3-7 phone calls per week from this number.  

I do not wish to press "9" to be removed, nor should I have to.

I am not a new busines, however, every call received from 631-498-1177 begins with "as a new business".  

The company hiding behind the only two options offered is being deceitful.  If you press one to talk with someone live, then you are "opting in" to receive calls from them.

No telemarketing company should be allowed to utilized computerized dialing or messaging under any circumstance.

I too do have the same problem with number on a daly basis. My number is private. How can these company get UR number. And how can you stop then my number is also listed on the national donot call list. But it don't seems to stop these tel marketing  company to stop what can one do to stop this kind of harassment to stop from these socal company

Got a call from them today - trying to sell me a credit card station.

This company is so annoying.  They call my cell phone at least once a day and sometimes twice.  They have called as late as 6 pm.  I left them a message asking them to stop harassing me. I can never get a hold of a live person.  I never did business with them and never will.  I don't know how they got a hold of my cell phone number.  I filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry today and hope something can be done.  A group of people should get together and sue this company for harassment!  Merchant Service Group, Inc.

JERKO LIST follows. This is credit card robocaller and I could not hang up on it to make a call. This one has been doing this for four months. Repeated robocalls.

Yes, it is a recording about credit card processing for business.  If you listen through to the end of the message, you are instructed to press 9 to be removed from their list.

Credit card robocaller that has been on my JERK LIST for repeated robocalls on which I can't hang up.  Other JERKS below that hang up on me, call again after I tell them I don't want calls, etc.

got yet another call,file yet another report with DNC.  Awaiting a return phone call from thier rep to yell and scream at, again.

call this # back 631-498-1177 and it said that it was merchant services and that all acount specialsits were currently busy.

it's from Merchant Services, wanting to sell credit card processing, On DNC and have requetsed they remove my number, so far nothing

i have actually been able to talk to a live person. 3 times   all 3 i told them to take my name off their call list.  

last time i asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they didn't have them, asked for the csrs name and was told she couldn't give it to me,

i was told the only way to get any information was to place an order.

I hung up after hearing "Attention Businesss Owners"  After hanging up, I lifted up the receiver several times to find the message still blabbing. When I called that number, it was an automated message regarding credit card merchant services.  I simply said" Remove---------" (my phone number)

It's from a third party company received a call today they sell credit card and check processing equipment to business that has open up a new location and or to new business that's just started. If you leave your name and number they will call back - JUST REMEMBER NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR BUSINESS "EIN NUMBER NOR YOU SSN" AS THIS BUSINESS CAN'T BE VERIFIED! I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU TO OBTAIN MERCHANT SERVICE EQUIPMENT FROM YOUR BUSINESS BANK AND IF YOU WANT TO SET UP A MERCHANT ACCOUNT WITH AMEX JUST GO TO AMERICANEXPRESS.COM AND CLICK THE LOGO FOR MERCHANT AND THEY WILL ISSUE YOU A MERCHANT NUMBER WITH 10MINS.

you report these calls to DONOTCALL.GOV - same place you registered your ph #'s and REPORT THEM

They are telemarketing my cell phone and it's illegal. How can we stop them and make them pay?

Just got a call from this number, no one there.  Gets rather annoying.  I dont understand if you are on the DO NOT CALL LIST how they can even get your number to keep calling you?!?  What is with that.

When I get call right before noon, lunch hour as they always do from out of state numbers, I turn on my fax machine. They are no real sales person!
