i just got the same call..and he refused to prove to me or send me an email of everything and prove that they are a real company..and one of the associates started yelling at me...BASICALLY THE SAME EXACT THING WITH KAY

And then I called them back to call them out on the b***s***....and ask to speak to a supervisor and they put me on hold which sounds like a video game and solving asked for was proof of the agency he works for and he refuses to give me any of it.

They just called me and said Brandon Smith & Associates. Same amount same exact everything.

I just got a call from a foreign guy named Ron Baker. Told me that I had an outstanding American Payday loan and that I have a court case pending. He couldn't pronounce my name correctly. I went along with him to gather more information. My amount that he claims I owe for a claim that's bogus is $1,326.56. I have to fax him a letter with a pre-paid debit card number to a fax in a 909 area code (909-385-6828). Ron Baker is located in Hampton, NY and works for McKenzie Law Associates. They don't exist. His extension is 126
Also, I have to write on the letter that I promise I will not dispute this transaction

hey i just got a call from this same number stating the same thing...have you received any more phone calls from this number or have you  guys done any thing about this.

hey josh i have been dealing with these jerks since august of 2011. i have contacted the police and they have done nothing so i am contacting the fbi because they have all of my information. here are some of the phone numbers that have called me. 1-714-750-1003,   1-714-367-4993,   1-508-750-313-2173,  1-1-814-334-1010, and 1-631-982-3003. but the funny part is they all had asaian accents but had american names.be sure and check your credit report to josh and anyone else who gets these calls to.

Wife just got a call from a guy claiming to be Fernando. Said its very important to get legal rep to contact him if we had it. Requires immediate attention blah blah blah if we dont contact him immediately then good luck and hes not responsible for what will happen blah blah blah something to that effect. What a douche. Scams are everywhere. I tried to call the number back and talk to the people but for some reason it wont dial from my phone.
