got a call many times. luckily i wasnt able to answer it

Introduced herself as a Citibank accredited service provider, offered me cash advance. Maybe from some callcenter of some sort.

I did not answer the call because I am in Japan!  It will cost me money as the SIM card I am using is from Philippines, too.  However, after the call, I got a message from my provider informing me of my current balance which I cannot get eversince.  A "nuisance" call which turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

Use your home phones and dial the number. 9769130 is Citibank Sales Office number. I wonder why they were trying to call me when I just paid them my balance.. Funny hunches guys..

I received a call from the same number on my mobile phone. Since I am very cautious in answering unknown numbers (because I been bothered on numerous occasions by telemarketers), I did not answer it. This happened last week, March 19 and the next one in March 22. Out of curiosity, I dialed the same number but I get a busy tone as well. If this is the same number who has been calling you guys, I think this is a modus operandi of some sort. Either they get the load out of your cellphone or a prankster with the intention of extracting money or cellphone load from us. I?m not sure but it pays to be very extra careful.

Someone also called me using this number. Anyone knows who the hell is this?
