got a call from this number on may 8, 2009 at around 11:33am

got a call 6/22/2009 6:58 pm and on 6/17/2009. Line is busy, cannot make a return call.

got a call at around 10.56 am 2/25/09 from this number. tried many times to call back but I cannot connect using landline or my mobile phone.

I hurriedly answered a call from this number and thought it was a call I?m waiting for from my client. Indeed they are a service provider for Citibank, offering loans, promos whatever. I decline the call saying that I?m busy. I am even kind enough to tell her to just call again since I am too busy and I cannot attend to her that time. Then I dropped the call. Guess what, she called again like more than 3 times and I rejected the calls. Then she called again, I answered and did not talk back to her. Then she stopped calling. These kinds of callers are starting to be annoying.

I also received a call from this number this afternoon. But I was sleeping and my phone was set to mute. I googled for the number and landed on this site. Good thing I did not bother to call back. I just wonder where did the caller get my number.

Received a call from this number today. But since the reception was too poor, I couldn't even understand what that retarded guy over the line was trying to say.

Last May 4, they called and were looking for Ernesto Mendoza. Today, a guy was calling me again twice. I answered but did not utter a word. Another prank call from 9816801!

Also got call from this number today at around 4:30 p.m. Wasn't able to answer so it registered as a missed call.  Thanks for those who posted, at least now I know what it was about.

First of all, its "crank", or even "prank" caller, not frank, dang jejemons...

I just received a call from 9816801, today May 5, 2010.

Even if I want to make a loan this is the last place I would call... Imagine, they wont even call you up and hope you return the call.

Recieved a call from 02-9816801 an hour ago. A lady looking for someone named "Ernesto Mendoza". I just said that it was a wrong number.

i believe those are all citibank numbers. they've called me at least 3x in the last 2 weeks offering cash loan and i've declined all times. grr!

This number just now called my cellphone. Tried calling back via landline, number appears to be busy.

Suspect this may be spam, wannabe phone pal, scam or similar.

somebody called me also using this number just a few minutes ago...unfortunately, i was not able to get it...but when i tried contacting it, it's busy... who the hell owned that number!
