I turned in a leased vehicle early which the company sold later at auction for more than was owed on the lease plus what the vehicle was worth and it only had 6,000 miles on it.  I was notified in writing of this which should have satisfied the debt on the lease, however they wanted more than what the vehicle plus interest was worth.  These scum-bags from Delta Outsource started calling and have been relentless for more than 2 1/2 years.  They will not send any paper work or any thing legal just harassing calls.  I have received phone calls from three different numbers as follows: 314-669-2530 & 971-220-1032 & 636-590-3644.  They never say anything just call and hang up.  If there were something legal that could have been done then it would have already been done.  US Bank got their vehicle back in good shape and made money on the lease plus the sale of the vehicle.  What more do they want?  I don't think Delta Outsource works for them as they seem to be bottom feeders hitting on people with hits on their credit history.  I have a good mind to have an attorney from their state in Missouri send them a collection notice.

Delta Outsource Group is scamming calls to me.  Call the police and the government and report them as they are calling DO NOT CALL REGISTRY NUMBERS and you cannot call them back.  The more they are reported to the authorities we will finally put these scammers out of business.  They have called and asked for numerous people I am not.

They are allowed by federal law to call from 8am to 9pm local time.  If you cell # is issued in one time zone (per area code)  and you moved to a different time zone, yeah,,, you may receive phone calls outside those parameters..

I have been getting calls frequently and they left a very long message in which I could nor hear anything that they said. I am getting very annoyed.

They call me all the time.  I never answer and they never leave a message.  I have my caller ID set to say "DNA" (do not answer).

They've called a few times, both with the 1606 number and they have a 1574 number with same area code and exchange.  The first time they called,they left message for my daughter's half sister, who is nothing to me at all.  The next time they called I answered, but no one was there. Today they called, I answered and they asked for someone named Brock.  Told them no one here by that name.  Very strange.

I find that really difficult to believe.  They never leave messages...  They do not send some sort of debt validation letter...  Yeah...  Whatever...  

They also break the law with their phone calls before 9am and after 9pm at night.

These calls follow a series of similar calls to my cell using two other numbers. Each called for several weeks, consecutively, never leaving a message. I do not answer these calls. Upon researching online they each had a reference to US Bank and collection agencies. I am not a client of US Bank nor have any reason for collection agencies to call.

I have an android phone and a call filter app now so that when these jokers call they don't get through a second time, I always check unknown numbers on google now!

call once daily and sit there for a minute and then disconnect.

Received a call this morning did not introduce themself, give an extention just very rude and disrespectful. I called the company and reported that person to the immediate supervisor. Very unprofessional.

Liars! Called my ex-husband and the individual referred to himself as an attorney!! I've been told that even when credit cards, mortgages, etc have been waived and charged off - collection agencies and attorneys find these out there & try to collect themselves.

it is a collections company called delta outsource group established in july 2009 and based in st louis mo. they are in good standing with bbb but have 9 complaints against them, probably for not leaving msgs.

I CALLED THEM BACK ASKED WHO THEY WERE, THEY TOLD ME I DO NOT NEED TO KNOW. WHAT THE HELL.

Called my cell at 8am est...  no message...  I will lay money it is a scam artist cloaking their real phone number.

they use multiple phone  numbers ( spoofing ) so you don't know who's who!

When they answer the phone they just say "hello".... kind of strange if it is a collector.
