finally got a voicemail for the Central College Phone Bank

Constant phone calls ... sometimes 4 times in one day .. day after day after day . Never a message . When you call back you always get the voicemail for someone named Justin ... claiming rightly or wrongly to be connected with Central College in Pella Iowa .
I for one am getting sick of it all and am about to call CC's administration directly and file a formal complaint against Central ( assuming what Justin claims on his voice mail is true )
