So here is the information on the company calling you and a telephone number for the owner's cellphone. Feel free to give him a call and a piece of your mind... Maximum Security Alarm / Sacramento / Andrew Higgins. Maximum Security Alarm, based out of Sacramento, California (1010 Hurley Way, Suite 525, Sacramento, CA 95825). Owned and ran by Andrew Higgins, his [removed:lang] brother David Higgins and their  [removed:lang] father Dennis Higgins. Is just one of many scams this Higgins family and their friends have been doing for a long time, at least 8 years for this company. The awful things they do on a regular basis are just way too much for me to mention and invest any additional time into. They have the most complaints for any alarm company and probably any company for that matter and they wouldn't have this many complaints, especially back to back to complaints unless it were all true. Save yourself a hassle and don't do business or interact with these people on any level. You can reach the owner Andy Higgins on his cellphone @ 916-223-6311. He will tell you that his company in no way calls people on the Do Not Call Registry. I believe that's a lie because if you google Maximum Security Alarms and look at a few of the RipOff Reports and such, you will see action has been taken against them for doing just that. The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the government's allegations, which have not yet been proven.

Andrew you remind me of a cockroach that has had the light shined on it for the first time.  I suspect that yes your company is not behind every robocall pushing home security systems but I found this and many other sights solely as a result of googling the phone number from your company that called me in direct violation of the do not call registry.

If one googles your name, they will see similar accusations and denials from you going back several years.  You sound credible in your denials but I would guess that's because your personal number is being posted and you have been "caught" red handed.  There is no denying it.  Your company either uses third party solicitation or you have your own in house boiler room...otherwise how would you get your leads for Medtronics?  You issued the same denials 3 and 4 years ago so this isn't new for you.

If I were in your shoes I would be scared too.  You have crazies who take it personally when their personal private time is invaded by ignornant telemarketers who don't care about the law and will cuss at you or hang up on you when you remind them your number is listed on the DNC list.  I called your company and pressed 1 to speak to a rep who told me I had sex with my mother and that I could expect another 9,999 calls - your number is 925-420-1419 and pressing 1 gets you to a live person who will curse you during business hours.  It's no wonder so many people hate you Andrew.  Is the money you make worth all the trouble you are having???

Call them con men, grifters, scammers, or thieves. Or simply call them liars. Lying is what they do best. They stare you in the eyes, do it via email or over the phone and lie through their teeth. They do it casually and with such conviction that we have no reason not to believe them.

A Police Department investigated a suspicious activity report after a resident contacted police about an "alarm company" calling and offering a free home security system for people in their neighborhood.

Someone representing ?Maximum Security? said the company was giving away five home security systems.

The "representative" would ask if the resident had a security system in the home, at which point the resident said he was not comfortable discussing the home's security system. Which or course is the appropriate response. In this case, after the resident made it a difficult sales call and the sales person hung up on him. This prompted a call to the police.

When the police investigated the caller ID number, they were met with busy signals and incomplete calls.


Mr Higgins please provide some sort of proof that is more than your denial because people are sick and tired of receiving robo calls with spoofed/faked caller ID numbers.  Incidentally, the Licorette V name you mention is, I am guessing, a native American name.

Received a call from 643-985-4734 at 9:55 A.M. on Wed May 29, 2013.  Answered and it was dead air then the call disconnected.

Received 122 calls on 5 cellphones from 643-985-4734 this month all but one lasted longer than 10 seconds the last one was a representative of your company Mr Higgins. I asked to have all my numbers and my kids PREPAID cellphone numbers removed. Doubtful that will happen! But all it will take is one more call and I will file complaints against you.
This is how it works you employ a call center to make the calls, they act on your behalf, your company is responsible. maximum security alarm, does not need to be talking to my 9 yr old kid about an alarm system, and if I wanted one I would call someone in Utah.

Also a tidbit of info ALL calls incoming to all my phones are recorded for accuracy and training purposes because they are all business phones. SO you Mr. Higgins can say it's not your company calling and someone you buy leads from, but they are paid by you to do the job, and represent your company and people have proof enough to stand up in court.

I've got the first $10 to start a poll to hire a robo caller to call all this jokers phone numbers every 5 minutes until he puts a stop to his.

There are a few basic rules to deal with these pos cockroaches.
DO NOT CALL BACK -- if you initiate contact, they will try to claim you, the victim, are harassing/threatening them.
Record all calls in their entirety, from before you answer to when you terminate the illegal call, and document time, date, length of call, etc.
Have fun at their expense. They came after you so they deserve anything and everything they get. I always try to top my last response to their attack. One of my favorites was when I told a female pile of s*#* all the things I was going to do to her, and how much she would scream in agony before I would allow her the relief of death.
These vermin have no value or purpose so we may as well use them to release the anger caused by their incessant harassment. With all the evil in the world, it is only a matter of time before the scammers become fertilizer. To be fair though, turning them into fertilizer is not evil, it is a noble and righteous act that benefits all.

Received call from this number.  If I do not recognize the number on my caller id, I do not answer.  Eventually you will be removed.  Every time you answer, you validate that your number is a working number.  Stop answering these calls.

I am so tired of receiving phone calls to my cell phone from this number.  When I answer, no one talks, the call disconnects.  When I try and call the number back I get a recording telling me that it is an invalid phone number.

I'm on DO NOT CALL List, like everyone else.  I get calls from new spam companies every 2 - 3 days.

It's a horrible country to live in, that can not protect you from these illegal calls.   Recently I left 4 messages on the DO NOT Call registry regarding 4 different SPAM companies calling me.  There has been no response, and it has been over 3 weeks since I made the reports.

got a call on my cell from this number - return call yielded "this number cannot be completed as dialed" - i am on the DNC list and do not respond to calls from unknown numbers.  this is obviously a scam.

Got a call from this number. Just another variation on the "Hi, this is [enter female name] from accounts services here to talk about lowering your credit card interest rate" scam. Getting real tired of this.

Andrew,  You can only go by what is listed on Called ID or what you can Google.  To try and get the FCC, or the FTC, to do something about these calls is an exercise in futility
