This is the number that Skype users call out on from Baja, Mexico.  My sister-in-law called me twice on that yesterday using her Skype account.  That way there are no long distance charges.  I don't know how much it costs a year but she said it's worth it.

I just received a call from this number. It was a friend who was calling from Mexico. Earlier in the day I left them a message on their cell phone. But at the time as their cell phone rang it had a distinctive ring tone that I was calling Mexico.
My belief is that my friend was either calling me from the same Tijuana Hospital that is stated above or when a cell phone call  (from an American cell phone) comes out of Mexico it is routed through this area code.
Either way, I just called my friend back on their number not to incur any weird charges.

Just got a call from this number earlier today, it was actually my mom calling me from a hospital in Tijuana where my grandma was admitted a couple days ago.

Oh my gosh I answered the call an it was playing a playlist of a cd i have in my car ...

male said "hello" and I said "hellow" and then the male hung up.

Answered, we said nothing at first. They hung up after a bit.

I received a spanish call from this number asking me if i was ready to pick up a family member.  I let them know that i had no idea what this was about and told them to explain. they hung up. wierd since my familia wouldve called if they were coming

this number called by cell. I didn't answer and no message was left. Just annoying. How are they getting cell numbers?

They called twice about 30 minutes apart.  I did not answer, no message was left
