I received several calls from this number this afternoon. He says hello, but then anything and everything else he says doesn't sound like it's in English. Very frustrating because he keeps calling back even after I told him he had the wrong number, sent him to voicemail and he has also called and hung up on me. Hope no one else has the displeasure of dealing with this man.
