I don't know if his name is Vincent Armas but I was recently scam for 950 . His email adress is drydanllc1@yahoo.com.  This men call me and say that he accept programs and that he will show me an apt for 1,100 .  I went to see the apt  when i finish even the super gave me his phone to call him from his phone . I gave him  $950 he never show up he send his supposed accountant to pick his money up. When he got my money he t he was giving me the run around , and everyday he was going to bring the keys but he never did. No lease, no keys or papers. Finally I decided to Google everything and I find out that the office from the apt was across the street. I call and they told me the apt was rented and for order to get and apply for an apt I needed to go thru them first. So I told him and he was very rude and nasty about it and told me he was going to charge me 250 for steps that he did and i was getting 700 back. And he also was trying to put papers for me on FEPS and I went personal to ask HRA about it and they told me that nobody can enroll me in no programs only myself. I told him that I already knew about all his scam and he was trying to intimidated me about that he was a lawyer and that he was going to take action about me no renting him the apt, but please what apt? if it was a scam. PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS PERSON SCAM WHEN YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS ABOUT AN APARTMENT GO PERSONAL TO AN OFFICE OR REALTY NEVER GIVE MONEY UP FRONT AND IF YOU DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE GOOGLE THAT WILL BE THE BEST CHOICE. I never thought it could happen to me. But I too was scammed by a Jacob mizrahi. He sent me to the bronx. I saw 2 apartments. I even met the super who was identified by another tenant. He gave me a lease. I had a gut feeling during this entire procedure, but ignored it in my desperation to find an apartment. The craziest part of all, is that he continued to answer my calls after recieving all of my money. When I  realized I was being scammed, I went to the precinct to make a report. The officer asked me to call his. phone. When the officer called he picked up. He is so convincing that she automatically took his side. She said an scam artist would have hung up on her. I harassed him quite a bit and I think he got nervous. He gave me a refund of about $900 but still owes me $300. I actually saw this man whoever he was. He came to my job to drop off paper work and met me a 2nd time to take my "deposit". I didnt bother to go back to the officer because she ridiculed me and made me feel even worse. He gave me a partial refund, so she will tell me its a civil issue. I would love for this man to be caught, and I beleive I have a description. Short about 5"2 Dark hair, cut into a bob.

Hi jlove! I saw one apt. around 165th and the Grand Concourse; one down the street at Walton and another in Washington Heights at 183rd. The one on the GC the guy I think was the Super, but didn't speak English. There was no one at the 183rd location and he told me that the door was unlocked which it was.
