I figured it out ----- just pick up the phone, don't say a thing, just listen. the message won't start till it hears your voice.  The caller hangs up no words said ---wonderful !!!!!

They also call using the number 866-923-5191

Supposedly there is a 'legitimate' business in FLA with that name.  List w/BBB, although that is a SCAM OUTFIT, in itself.

If they are a FLA company, WHY are they using a NYC #, an 800#, etc.

Suspect that THESE callers are SPOOFING the numbers and using a business name they looked up on the internet - and are REALLY calling from OVERSEAS, probably to FUND TERRORISM.

DON"T give out ANY information to someone who COLD CALLS you (unexpected call from an unknown entity); ITS MOST LIKELY A SCAM OF SOME SORT;  meaning THESE ARE REALLY JUST THIEVES!!!!!

Calling me too. I don't answer just get tired of seeing it on my caller id. My number is only like 2 weeks old so ... and I am on the do not call list ... shows what good that does ....

I for one am sick and tired of these Fraudulent and telemarketing phone calls I receive from various numbers and States.

It's fun to waste these peoples time seeing as how they don't mind wasting mine..  But the majority of the time it's a pain in the ARSE!

We received two calls from a company using this caller-ID within 15 minutes today.  They called asking for my spouse and wouldn't tell me what the call was about.  

The first caller sounded Indian and when I asked what the call was regarding he refused to tell me.  He asked me what my relationship was to my spouse and when I told him that he was my husband (I'm a guy), he immediately hung up.

The second caller sounded African-American and we went through the same routine.  I told him my spouse wasn't available and he asked me to leave him a message to call.  I refused to pass on any message unless he told me what company he was calling from and what the purpose of the call was.  The caller became belligerent and started yelling that he gave me the number and his name.  I refused to pass on any message and asked to be permanently removed from their call list. I am getting calls from this number several times a day.  I have to unplug my phone and leave it off for awhile but when I plug it back in the calls will continue.  I think they are using more than one 866 number as I am getting several from other numbers too.
I don't know how they got my number.  I don't owe any money on credit cards or anything else.  
I'd like to know what I can do about this so it will stop!!!
I guess the only way is to cut off my phone service and just use my cell phone.

they called me and i have no idea who they are and what they want. I do not owe any debt to anybody. this is very strange.

they keep calling but noone answers when i say hello

These people keep calling me from early morning until 9 P.M. in the evening. I have no credit card debt and I believe they may have got our number from someone posing as me. I'd like to get the home phone number of the caller so I could start calling them all day and night. Just maybe they would stop bothering me.

I pretend like I'm playing with myself and they interuppted a good time but I then try to get them involved. usally lasts under 5 seconds before you hear a click.(right after I ask what they're wearing.) yea, its gross. but gives me a chuckle.

They call me all the time. Ive never answered. If I dont know a number I dont answer, but its getting quite irritating. Your information on this place was quite helpful so i dont answer.

Sounds like I am getting the same run-a-round as the rest. Some Indian male or female calls asks for me... I ask what it is regarding without acknowledging my ID... when I suggest I take a message I get the "do you know what time he will be in" from here I just hang-up... I never talk to anyone on the phone that refuses to identify themselves and/or company during the salutation....

The called me about some capitol one card. I did not have one. I called them back. They are a fake.

I recieved several call from this number claming I owe money for an account that does not exist.  The people calling are always of indian descent and I am getting ready to call the next level to investigate these frauds.  I have called my states office and they stated this company does not exist in New York City.  This is a cell phone number listed in new york city.

These guys are scammers, Full Circle Financial Services.  They take up where the Intelenet Global Services LTD outfit leaves off.  Fraudulent claim of debt to a bank (in this case 5/3 Bank) and so forth, Intelenet just passed this over to Full Circle a few months after they were ordered to cease and desist. It's a NY City number, but the Indian guy admitted to being located in Clear Water Fla.  

How come the cops don't clean this nuisance stuff up?

I have also received several calls from this number; have yet to answer and they don't leave messages.
I don't have a land line, and only use my cell-it is registered with the do not call list, though if the caller isn't calling from a verified business, there is no way to prosecute.
However, I do have a digital recorder and the next time they call I will answer and record everything that is said. (this is legal to do in North Carolina-your state laws may vary).

I reported them to the no call directory.  Thanks for everyones help in additonal information. It may or may not help to report the number, but it's worth a try.

This number called my office number.  The caller sounded Indian.  I did not identify myself and took a message.  She told me that the call could be returned to 1-866-963-0055 and then referenced the company name as ARM.

Just got a call. Did what I've been wanting to do. Answered the phone and said..."dammit, can't a guy get a decent b***job? Quit calling."

The lady was nice, but definitely a scam.  They called for a debt on a capital one card.

I got a call they asked for me and I said who is this they would only answer with A & R management and no other information. After finding this site showing that i'm not the only one getting these calls. I called them back asked them why when i looked up their number it showed harassment all over the place. I told them to take me off the list and they said they would. f'em      If it looks like a scam, smells like a scam, tastes like a scam, sounds like a scam... It's a scam.

When I answered the phone "attorney" they said the had the wrong number and hung up quickly

Yhey have called several times and no one there. The last time they asked fpr a person that does not live in this house. Her took a long time before he answered when I picked up, he had an Indian accent.

They are  AR MANAGEMENT- They are Collectors for delinquent MEDICAL BILLS-  Found this out after weeks of daily calls..  I then looked up AR Management.  Not sure how they got My Phone Number, but if you have overdue Medical- this would be the reason they are calling.

They called me too but, i never answer if i do not recognize the number. my friends, family and all other people or organizations i deal with know how to contact me. If 646 352 9999 is not on my list of favorite callers, I don't waste my time to answer their calls.

They called me, and when I answered they said something that i couldn't hear and hung up. I don't have any mediacl bills, don't see why they would accost me.

They called me again and didn't pick up my phone and they didn't leave a message. I don't answer if I don't know the caller. And, if it is important and from someone I know who happenes to call from a number I don't know, they will leave a message and I will call back. However, a warning to UNWANTED and NOT NEEDED CALLERS, you will never have a conversation with me. Some have tried, got tired and don't call anymore. You will follow in thier foot steps. I GARANTY IT.

I don't answer calls without caller ID either. I DO have medical bills that the hospital doesn't want the money for evidently. Over $14k and they wanted it within 90 days or payments of $1282 a month. I can't do it. They turned me into collections. Refused to negotiate a more affordable payment. The problem is that they've turned the same bill over to 4 different collectors and their own collectors are still calling as well. They knocked off 75% of the bill leaving me owing the $14k because I had no insurance for two surgeries the last in April. I have no idea who this is other than by matching the number. Caller ID says, NWYRCYZN01 NY. Isn't that cute?
