They tried to scam me when I posted a vehicle for sale on eBay wanting my paypal account info so they could pay me for it. They kept calling wanting me to give it to them . So watch out .

this idiot keeps calling me demanding that I owe him money for some reason, I cannot even understand him with his Middle East accent! Then he tells me he is going to have my local police come and take me away. I just laughed! He says" what are you laughing at! I am going to f*** your mom!" and he just kept repeating himself over and over again. i hung up, he calls me literlaly 20 times a day, leaving nasty messages. I already reported someone else for this same scam, these idiots get our #'s and info online if you attempt to get payday loans, get federal grants, federal housing, crap like that. i am so over it, I use to get so upset when tey call but now I just laugh, i actually kinda play along because it gets them really pissed!

got a call from Mr. John Anderson LOL!!! yeah im sure thats your real name buddy HAHAHAHA!!! theyre scammers.  ive been calling them every 10 seconds literally and just talking pure crap to them. give them a run for their money

Left me a voice mail on my phone. He sounds Indian or some other middle eastern decent. He could hardly say my name correctly. I didn't really understand a word he said other than I need to call him right away and it's very urgent.  No thank you.

I also received a call from these guys. I told him I was an attorney and he asked for my badge numbed. I asked for his. He told me 464638. Then I said mine was 464638 he then said no no no that was his number. Then I told him my name was Peter Parker that I lived in new York and my alias was Spiderman lol. He hung up so I called back and played the did you kick my dog Soundboard from jerkey boys great time.

Just like most of you im going to jail. They call all day for over a month now. Had someone call a few months ago but stopped after one call. First im told i wrote bad checks havnt wrote one in 6 years. Then got a payday loan in 09 with a brand new bank account. After i said i havnt wrote a check in that long the second guy got real quiet lol and goes well you know fraud is a big problem in this country that was just today. Could go on and would post numbers but im on my andriod. Went today and cancled bank accounts and tomorrow will change phone number, call who i need to. Husband called fbi but they said to call govenors office. They have called from a number that is all 0. My husband is going to act like my lawer sense i was told to get one lol. O and they said they would have paper work sent to the house tomorrow. We will see. Good luck

Marc cooper, eric martin, jamie, constant harrasment from these guys every day! First time it was Lawfirm of Cyber Crime and  the cops will arrest me tomorrow in front of all my co-workers for an unpaid payday loan (I never recieved). The next day it's la creditdential and the lawyers are coming to serve me papers, The next day it's the lawfirm of Michael Cooper.

Ive gotten numerous calls from these people. My workplace is also flooded with these calls. Same story, lawsuit against me, sheriff bringing paperwork, blah blah blah. I call them repeatedly through out the day now. Sometimes I call up in a creepy voice say only that "We have found you" over and over.

Whats really fun is to give them a false name they dont have, they will search around, and ask a bunch of questions.

I have been receiving calls from these people for abot two weeks now and from two different numbers. They told me that I received a payday loan back in December. When I told them that I never applied for a loan in December, they said that it will not show on my bank statement. "What The Hell!" They have called my workplace and spoke to my boss claming that I am in so legal trouble and I need to call them asap. I'm so glad to head that this is a scam. Everyone please be careful when enterng any information online.

just got a call from "john anderson" saying to call back this #  as my name was listed on a fraud case for dionne johnson under the law offices of steven cooper and that i should call so i dont get in trouble! so thought i would add to the long list of names and info for other people out there who are getting call

I got a call from these idots today.  Once I told them that I did not have an unpaid loan from anyone and that I was reporting them to the FBI for fraud David Parker hung up.  I would advise anyone to never apply for any type of loan online because it is obvious that these sites sell your information and are not secure at all.

PRETTY MUCH THE SAME AS ALL THE OTHER POSTS.   THREATENING MESSAGE AND WAS CALLING FROM 816-204-0198 AND TOLD ME TO CALL THIS NUMBER.  I AM THINKING I WILL CALL BACK AND TELL THEM TO CALL BACK TO REACH ME IN FUTURE @ "MY LOCAL POLICE STATION'S NUMBER"  LOL

Thanks for the information about the Indian guy and the Cooper Law office thing. I have been getting phone calls like this since last October from the same person but from as many as 12 different phone numbers in 7 different area codes. My problem started when I went on line to inquire about a pay day loan with "MoneyMutual" that Montel Williams advertises on television, but I never went through with the loan. I believe their data base gets hacked into by people that may not even be in the U.S. and once they have your personal information they will not let up in hopes you will give them a credit card number to shut them up but of course this will just keep them calling and trying to extort money from now on. I intend to start calling all these numbers and doing what you said, just harass the hell out of them all day. I even called and told the guy to go out to a field of horses, find the biggest one, and well you get the picture. That really made him angry and he started cursing and threatening me so I called the 3 credit bureaus and had a 90 day fraud alert placed on all my accounts since there is no telling what this jack wagonis capable if doing. Furthermore, a company called Epsilon just got all their files hacked which does third party advertising and contains hundreds of thousands of emails and contact information for credit companies like Citibank, U.S. Bank and many others. Have fun with these hackers but watch your accounts, this is obviously the first attempts at identity theft.

s used: Claims to be debt collector from payday loan that I did NOT have.  Threatening messages asking for attorney info. and saying "God Bless You and Good Luck".  Speak VERY broken English.  Gives American/English name with STRONG middle-eastern accent.  ie: Officer Mark Reneiecen, Aaron Thompson, Mike Davis, Michael Davis, Shane Harris, Shaun Harris,John Adams, John Rogers, Eric Williams .  Threatening jail time,  ?a bad situation unfolds?, court fees.  Sometimes claims to be from "All American Financial" or "Federal Dept. of Justice."  Claims to "download" a subpoena..arrest warrant...law suit..going to arrest me at work...meet me at courthouse...must have my "retained attorney of record" call as soon as possible. Sometimes has the nerve to say ?God Bless You? or ?Good Luck?.  HILARIOUS considering I actually work for the state level Justice Cabinet! Sometimes claims to be representing CashNetUSA or CashUSA.Net. I called CashNetUSA and they stated that this was a scam.  They have NO information on me whatsoever. Call cell, place of business..and anyone you may have listed as a reference on an online payday loan or anything else....from years ago! Gave him the # to my attorney....the Better Business Bureau....became irate. Also give number to local police fraud division as attorney?s number.   Using female ?Kim Stewart from Jaffe and Jaffe Law Firm? claims to have sent legal documents to a gmail account.  So silly! Officer Chris Williams from law firm of "Cyber Crime Unit".  States supervisor will be arrested and interrogated as well!!

Have filed/reported complaint with State Attorney General's Office, IC3, Credit.com, this website, numerous other scam alert websites and anyone else who will listen, it is actually VERY comical now.  My co-workers and I enjoy listening to the voice messages or "playing along" with their script.  "We will arrest you at work." where do I work?"  "You know where you work."  Complete IDIOTS!!

I just received the same exact call saying he is Kevin Parker  and he works for law offices of Stephen Cooper.  They've been calling me for the past week.

I jsut got a call from  Mr Wilson (no Mr Wilson I've know has that thick of an accent).. He told me there was a lawsuit against me and ask me what I had planned to do about it. When I told him this was the first I had heard about it he goes OMG! and then goes on to verify my ss# which I refused to do. Believe it or not he OFFERED me his address. which is Stephen Cooper 111 Broadway St 1305 NY NY 10006,  I told him that I didn't own anything to Cashnet USA. He wanted to send the legal documents to "my attorney" and when he ask I told him I didn't have one nor did I need one. I told him he needed to send me copy of the documents from Cash Net. He said he was then going to call my work manager and I ask him who he thought that was and he hung up. These people are so stupid this must be the only kind of job they can do!

They have too tried to scam me a few weeks ago!!! So I played games back with them!!! I called them back numerous times to yelled at them.  Told them that my phone calls were being traced and that I would make they were caught!!! I also informed them that they were calling on a government phone!!  Which was true!!  I have not recieved a call since.  Do not give them money at all!!! They are scammers trying to scare you to pay them!!!! I've done the research.

These idiots need to take a hike!  I applied for a loan online it was stated to be pepper cash direct also was scammed by web acess grants taking 57.31$ each month anybody that takes money from hardworking americans should be prosecuted by our federal government.  I hope these websites are shut down permanently!!

THEY CALLED ME TOO!!!! They said I had charges against me for several counts of check fraud and other things too. My account doesn't even have checks!!

They have been harrassing me all day, they tried a few months ago, but i guess they just dont get it! This is a scam they got info from the interenet, if anyone applied for a pay day loan through a fake company that you didnt know was fake, thats how they got the info. Police, attorney generals no one can catch these scum bags. They just change phone numbers. Its a joke. However never give them any money. if they harrass you ask for documentation they usually hang up. They  have thick accents wouldnt be suprised if there terrorists. Nobody can go to jail for unpaid debts, and they cant and wont provide you with a mailing address. Just ignore them if you can.

Eddie Smith and Kevin Parker called me from this number claiming to be from the Law offices of Stephen Cooper in NY. They said I had an unpaid payday loan and there was a lawsuit pending against me. He also called my coworker and asked her if she had a contact # for me. When I called them back I told them my lawyer would call them and they hung up. I googled and found the real Stephen Cooper who said they were scammers. So now since I have their number my coworker and I have been taking turns calling them anonymously by dialing *67 and then the number and harassing them all day. It's alot of fun and if they call you I suggest you do the same. The authorities can never catch these guys so why not give them hell.
