I had a call from this number yesterday and today. No one speaks. I hear some background noise.

It could be CARLOS...man of love.

Call from a man with heavy accent; says his name is Gene and is trying to sell Dish TV service. I have asked three times now that they quit calling me. Sometimes the caller ID says 'Private'  how can we stop these calls?

Male with accent said he was calling about TV, cable connection. I said wrong number and hung up.
