calling from a different number

These people call my cell 8 AM TO 8 PM
WHO CAN I TUTN THEM IN SHORT OF S LAW SUIT FOR WHICH
THEY PROB WON'T PAY

Me too today. Didn't give a name and mentions a bounced check from my checking account and that I will need a lawyer. My bank would notify me if this is the case.

Debt collectors will call anyone that's had contact with people they are searching for. Do family and friends a favor and don't give these a***oles any information or contact info about them. Everyone's hurting right now, and we are currently paying our last debt owed and are settling with that account.

My husband and I were laid off twice for 2 years or more at the same time this past decade. We have been lucky enough to not have filed for bankruptcy, but we were within a week of doing so at one point. Just had to give them the OK. But lawyers will tell you, take care of your home, food, electricity?basic necessities first. Creditors can wait. And the way the country is now with so many people out of work for more than 2 years, you know there are wolves out there. You don't do anyone any favors by giving out info on them.

Somebody mentioned a coworker early up in this post. Typed her name in and everything. That's just wrong.

I received a call from this number.  No message left.

This company continuously calls me after receiving a "Cease, Desist and Verify" letter from me.  They have called my home twice today alone, and then twice yesterday!  According to the FDCRA and my attorney, more than 2 calls in a week is considered harassment.  My attorney has sent them a warning letter advising them to abide by the letter they signed for.  If they do not, we will sue them and win $1000 just like we did to Pentagroup Financial, LLC out of Houston, TX.  If I had the time I would tell you about all 28 different violations they committed!

I keep receiving multiple calls per day on a business cell phone.  When i called them back - they hung up on me 3 times.

called by this number @ 0851 this morning.  just a blaster auto-dialer, ID's as NCW-nothing else, telling me I have a rep waiting to deliver an urgent message and to press #1. I pressed disconnect instead. likely debt collector

I also keep getting calls from this number asking me to "Press 2 if you are not so-and-so".  Then, they say they'll call back.  If I'm not the person they're looking for, and I have no connection whatsoever to the person they're looking for, wouldn't they want to know it?

No, its not that easy.  I've asked them to remove me twice and I received calls days later.

The number above 646-430-9811 keeps calling me for Angela Mullins. She is a former coworker at my place of work and has since quit. These calls do not stop. I have called in and spoke to a representative at the 800 number they give in the voice message and was told I would not be contacted again, a month later, they are calling me again.

They keep calling me, I don't now who they are but I tell them the person they want does't live here , but they keep calling.

I wish it would stop.

These people have been calling for a long time....I think they are looking for a friend of mine, but they wan't talk to me when I "press 1".  I am put on hold then they hang up.

I don't know who NCW is, but for looking them up on the internet.  They are a harrassing me and I will have to send them a cease and desist letter.

its a computer dialer system, just follow the prompts or if its a wrong #, simply call them back and ask them to remove it.  Not a big deal...

I would like to report this number they harassing me. I have no idea who they are trying to reach.

This sounds like a debt collector, it ask press 1 if you are "persons name" and 2 if you are not. I pressed 2 and the message said "thanks we will call again"
