These people a Theo Williams also known as Mathew Rodgers from Crime Prevention Dept,    keep calling and theathening me  saying I owe a debt and from some cash company Sayin that I am going to get arrested and thrown in jail ....WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE AND HOW CAN THEY BE STOPPED!!!!!

theathening me also,, saying I was going to jail and he would'nt give any infro.....but that I owed money to cash advance .....  When i told him I could not understand what he was saying he told me to hold on and put someone else on the phone .....He said his name was Mathew Rodgers bagge number 57....  When asked what this was in refference to and what was company he said cash advance usa ....I asked again name of company  he get angury and started yelling....I told him don't theaten me!!!!!!.  and that I wanted infro...he hung up then called back .....asking to speak to me .... he has call about 4 times.... My lawyer advised me not to ans. calls and to get number blocked and to report to the Attoney Generals Office

They did say they were from the Crime Pervention Dept......A couple of months ago I had got a call from these people but different names with same accent turned out to be scam!!!! I reported them..... I realized that when you put your imfro on line with cash loan companys your infr goes viral and then they get it and try to exstort money from you,..... be careful...If they call again ....Tell them you have a lawyer and try to get what ever infro that you can from them and dont give them any infro on you..... all they have is what you gave on line  call those numbers .....REPORT THEM   and if they call again don't pick up the phone.... if you do hang up ....But call phone company any block number.....

Just an update on this phone number, I also recieved a call from this "Steve Williams" with a heavy indian accent claiming to be a representative from a legal agency notifying me I have several charges pending and they will be arresting me at my residence or place of employment but I do have the option to settle an out of court restitution in the amount of 852.62, knowing it was a fraud I decided to have some fun with this. I ran him through western union giving him escuses as to why they wouldnt let me send money as well as moneygram. He gave me the receiving name of Judy Dibbins in Butler, PA for both of these. I did end up reporting him to both Western Union and MoneyGram. I came clean with him about 4 hours into all of this "running around" to which he was not happy. Threats on my family, obscenities he will do to my wife and daughter also followed. He of course did not have my real name or address and after ending the call he repeatedly dialed my number with this listed number also, (214) 310-4358 then spoofing my actual phone number. I am fortunate to be a VoIp admin and changed my number within minutes to stop this insanity. I later reported him to the Federal Trade Commission who are the responsible parties for handling such phone scams. I would advise anyone else having crossed paths with this gentleman do the same. Here is the F.T.C. number 1-877-382-4357. I am certain this guy is in india and spoofing US numbers, he also goes by the name Mathew Rogers.

someone called today with a very distinct accent saying he was officer williams from the federal investigations office. He was calling for my husband i didnt answer he called twice left a message the second time saying if he or his attorney did not call back he would be arressted at home or his place of employment well if they did some research and was from the government they should know he is on disability and does not work. Is this a scam or what?

HI I had a message from this call saying the exact same thing that I was going to be arrested and the person threaten me he would make me lose my job.  I was a nervous reck and they should not get away with this. .. The Indian guy stated his name was  Officer John Hawkin. WHen I tried to arrange an agreement with him, he stated that I had to send him $900.00 through Western Union.  He would not give me the name of the Companyand would not let me speak to the lady I was sending the money too.  Who name happen to be Judith Dibbs. I said that to just send me a bill and that I was not going to send the money to someone who I could not speak too. He as been harrassing me for months and even cursed my supervisor

This person has been calling numerous times as well and now has even obtained my landlord's number. Leaving obscene phone messages.  I have called and reported him to FTC and BBB. I tried calling the number he left on the voice mail and someone with an Indian accent answers saying there is no such person with that name. I trying to find out what company if any this is from.

Called my office numerous times and DID NOT leave a message. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't pick up the phone. He called over and over again about 7 time in a row, then waited a few minutes and started again. Finally left a message saying he was Officer Steve Williams and it was as serious matter and I would be arrested at my office or home & go to jail if I or my lawyer didn't call back today! 'Steve Williams' had a definate Indian accent and was very rude, loud & was yelling at some points, at the end of the message he said 'Good Luck and God Bless', which I found odd beccause he was so rude.
