i got call from this no. before 1 month .... and yesterday my husband is arrested by sherrif county officers ... and i received a call from steve mathhews .... so help me to resolve this case .. plzz

a call from 6464996552 said that I was being arrested by the Dept of Criminal Justice and so was my Soc.number! I should call immediately. I reported the call to my local police department.

received call yesterday with 2 grandchilden with me i was in tears. i called my daughter who called them and got verbal with them, they actually hung up on her. they told me i would be arrested and havemy ssi stopped.

So I got the same call. He completely mangled the prununciation of my name. I told him it wasn't me. He kept telling me to tell him my name or I would be arrested. This went on for about 5 minutes and he was getting angrier and angrier. I laughed and hung up the phone. You can't get arrested for a civil matter even if they want to. You can get served but that's about it!!

My wife recieved a call from this number stating they were a part of the dept of Justice, and that we were being sued for a loan we applied for, but never paid back. I called back, and got the voicemail of someone who says he is a part of the US justice department, but speaks broken english. I left a voicemail, and will repost if I ever get a call from them again

I recieved a call from this number today saying I would be arrested first thing in the morning.

This guy keeps calling me and threatening me about being arresested but he wont exactly tell me for what. He has my social my address my cell and my work number someone needs to do something.

got a call at work saying i was being sued and an arrest warrent was issued for me

I got a call saying they were going to send police to my house and work. They said they also have a hold on all my assetts for 90 days.

THIS IS A SCAM, FRAUD, ETC.

They will threaten you with arrest, call your work, and claim to be officers or with the Justice Department for the Attorney General of the US.  SCAM SCAM SCAM.  They speak broken english difficult to understand.

I took the time to report them to both of these police departments.  I live in CA.

I reported to attorney general this morning they said it is definitely a scam if someone does owe a debt u dont go to jail over bills owed they said to tell them next time they call to answer this is a scam i have reported u to the law and hang up i also called the news and they are warning everyone on tv

Got a call from this number from jason cooper called my job telling them i was gonna be arrested said he was from dept of justice he said it was over some payday loan he said 698 he dollars but i realized they are not gonna call u and tell u they have a warrant for your arrest further more they arent gonna tell u if u pay off 350is today and the rest friday they will cancel the warrant he also i cant hire a lawyer for 90m days but after 90 days i can first off u can hire lawyer anytime u want scam its scary when they know your info alao i could only here him every little bit because his phone had bad reception

I got a call from this number and they were telling me that police officers and constables were going to be picking me up from my work tomorrow. It said something about a loan I had applied for but I could not understand the call.

received the same call today....applied for loan online a few days ago and certain this is a result of that, a scam.
