The number said local call. Man with accent wanted to know if I had surgery in past and then said something I did not understand. I told him I didn't know what her was talking about and hung up.

I have received numerous calls from this number and another number.  They say the are calling from the Medical Compensation Board regarding my recent surgery.  This is ridiculous. First, who released any medical inforamtion about me and also my personal phone number and secondly, when they have been asked and then told over 10 times to remove my name from thier calling list, they refuse.

I first recieved a call from this number Saturday evening and again today in the afternoon. I resisted calling back on Saturday because there was no voicemail and thought it might be a similar scam I'd gotten before. I called back today against better judgement and the call did not go through. My phone said it went through but there was no ringing on the other end.

Received call, did not answer. If this is as others stated, questions re:knee surgery, it makes sense to me. I have had surgery and some computers from the hospital had been stolen, looks like some low-lifes have acquired the medical records and personal info.

This number called me on Friday evening--didn't pick up. In looking at the posts here, I realized that these same people had called me a few days before with the number of 786-607-9053 (came up Florida call on the caller ID). I answered this number and same as the folks that have posted here, a heavily accented female started questioning me--I just hung up. I am so sick of these "spoofers" trying to scam me, and now I'm not picking up on any number I don't recognize.

Apple users, pull up your recent phone call list. Touch your finger to the (i) for a few seconds till the info on the call comes up. It will list the number, where it originated, date, time and duration of call. Scroll down to the block caller under Add Existing Contact, touch it and VIOLA, that caller will be blocked.

I have received  calls frim this numbee alot as well anr they don't stop. I havr unlisted number anf on DNC list as well . I had it investigated and what they do is get thr numbers off social pages whicg mine is not on so I asked where else it coulf come from andthet also get numbers from peoples call ligs that r on the callung lists so if ur number is not on a social page or anything like that then somebody you know gets calls from anywhere till marketing etc. and they are getting your number from call logs off of their.

Calling me every 21 minutes ! I don't answer since it says local caller - with area code 646 ?? Not local to any place in Texas - I can't stand a lie ! Not that it obviously matters but I'm on the Do Not Call list, also !!

I keep getting calls from 646-503-1702.  I've not had surgery and am not the person they're asking for.  I've asked them three times to remove my name from their list and they have not done it.

These people are RUTHLESS.  Anyone who can work for a company like this needs to get a life!  

They call CONSTANTLY- from morning til night.  You don't answer and they never get the hint- calling even more.  

You finally do answer and tell them they have the wrong number and they call you a liar and continue talking using the same name as if you are that person they asked for regardless of you telling them they have the wrong number.  

They will even curse you out and call you names like "idiot", "stupid", "bi***", "deadbeat", "loser", etc...

You block the numbers as they come in, and that does not matter because they still call from NEW numbers.  Calls come from all over the USA too. I believe they use some sort of phone back that just spits out random numbers all over the USA.   Why do I think this? Well because today a man called and I answered thinking maybe my grandmother was ill and the number showed as Louisiana where she lives.  As soon as I realized it was these people, I said F*** YOU, and hung up.  The SAME guy called right back in less than 20 seconds only this time it showed at an Illinois number. I know for certain it was the same man because as soon as I answered he said "Hey bi***, before you tell me F You and hang up on me....... and then I immediately hung up again and blocked that number as well. I have 28, yes 28, numbers I will list below that belong to these mental terrorists.  Now mind you, there are many more but those I did not write down when they came in.  They call while I am in school and at work.   CONSTANTLY since around November 2013.  They will NOT go away so I have now had no choice but to try and resolve this on my own.  STOP CALLING ME!   At this point, I am mentally exhausted and so frustrated... it is affecting my work and schooling- not only the stress of these constant calls but the fact that they are interrupting my ability to do my schooling and work.  If they keep calling, I will keep pursuing them in a legal manner until I can find out the root of this awful form of spam and harassment and who owns this lowlife company.  No one should have to endure such nonsense and abuse from these people.   They are rude, nasty, despicable human beings.

I got a scam call too from this number,picked it up no one there, they must have known I can't be scammed

These f****rs just called me and after their 3rd attempt, I finally answered. I put on my best Bombay accent, and asked the guy what he wanted to order... he was like I'm sorry sir, I'll take your number off. I kept trolling him and asking him if he wanted to order some curry. He kept saying he was sorry,  and hung up. LOL

This number 646-503-1702, calls at least 5 times a day. They never leave a msg. This is a scam. I have reported this # & nothing has been done. I answered the call 1 time & told the guy to stop harassing me. The calls stop for a few days, then they start again. Every month it's a diff #, same guy.

I received a phone call from this number and the woman had a heavy foreign accent.  My caller id said local number but as far as I know NY is not local for Indiana.  She was asking abo7ut recent surgery and I simply said I didn't know what she was talking about and hung up.  They have called me twice today.

Have been called numerous times by the 424 # on any day including weekends early am and evening. Today calls from Unknown then 646 # right aftrr twice. I dont answer calls from numbers I dont know but I look them up right away to check if the number is a known scammer or telemarketer. Phooey! Im also on do not call lists. I hate these calls.

This number harasses me all the time.  Some kind of medical scam.. Heavy Indian sounding accent.  The last time I actually did pick up he i asked why they keep calling me as I have nothing to offer .. At all to whatever if is they want.. They guy actually told me hd was in love with me. WTF HOLY F@*# !!! Do yourself a favor and do not answer or block the call.
